Summary: I bought this phone because my wife's old phone broke and was still under contract. Keep in mind that this phone is from 2011 please. The phone works fine. Decent battery life for an older model. Everything about this new phone (4 year old model) is good. Does it compare to a new 2015 model? No.
Summary: Phone was advertised as new then showed up in a refurbished box. Phone only worked about half the time and burnt up over Memorial Day Weekend. I had to replace the batter two or three times since I bought it. I purchased it last December 2014.
Summary: It is horrible!!!! I thought I was purchasing a new phone but to my surprise it is refurbished and it was flashed on several networks att and tmoblie when I asked and verified it was on verizon network I have just been working so I have not had a chance to send it back but it will be on the way back...
Summary: Absolute waste of money. My husbands phone wasn't charging anymore so he asked if I would buy him this phone til his contract was up and then he could get a new one. Well this one is cheap for a reason. The new apps that are out are too fast in their programming to work with this phone.
Summary: So what if the phone showed up on time it would take a real screwball to mess up shipping. Was the product quality is the big question. No. I stood in a Verizon store for over 2 hours while they tried to get the phone to activate finally having to spend another 100 dollars on another phone. Thanks

Summary: Perhaps I was sold a defective phone, but I was very disappointed. We purchased what was supposed to be a brand new phone for my mother. It wouldn't hold a charge and would just turn off without notice. No one could understand a word my mother was saying because the sound was so badly garbled.

Summary: The phone is not "new" and the battery is bad. The phone still had pictures and files on it from the pervious owner. I'm guessing the seller never checked or changed it. Any testing would show battery is dying. At 70% charge it says it has only 35 mins of life left.
