Summary: This was supposed to be used, in good condition. The first one I received had cracks in the bezel around the screen, 3 to be exact. So I requested a replacement. The second one had a crack also. I expected a phone with signs of usage but NOT with cracks. When I complained to the company a second time they said they are used phones and that's how it is! I don't consider a phone with cracks in the farmework "used in good condition"!
Summary: I loved the phone at first...now...not even a month into it the texting is NOT working. Fine one day then completely just going haywire the next. VERY disappointed! Not sure what to do about it. May have to contact the seller and find out what the deal is. Trying to text is almost not even doable at this point. It's a big deal when trying to keep in touch with your teenage daughter...
Summary: Back in March of this year I submitted a wonderful review about the seller and the fact that my product was shipped so quickly. HOWEVER, and unfortunately for me the phone itself DIED a few weeks ago. And on my birthday no less! I've already bought new batteries and a desktop battery charger and it is still acting wonky. Sigh...all I wanted was a working Droid. I got a lifeless hand ornament. Thanks a lot! Never...again...
Summary: I Ordered this phone for my mother as a quick fix to her broken phone, but after setting the phone up through the phone company it was said to be defective, she could hear the person but they could not hear her and no it was not on mute, as told by verizon. The phone looked as expected but we expected it to work rather than the look. If this phone had worked it would have been 4 stars.
Excerpt: Not impressed with the lagging internet speed it performed. Keyboard started to take wear and tear. Very spazzy and sensitive off and on, and roughly only a month later my camera randomly went blurry and couldn't be fixed. The positive was it had incredible recharge speed with the battery. Didn't take long to charge it.
Pros: fast recharge with battery
Cons: battery, camera, hyper sensitive at times, slow internet connection unless you use wi fi
Get a warranty may need it & get the otter box case to protect it!

Summary: The blackberry 9550 is by self a good phone but I have had constant trouble when it comes to downloading using blackberry desk top manager, I have nothing good to say about intelisync sometime it will screw up your contacts other times it the calender and as of yet there is no work around this problem.
Summary: If you use the phone for business and need to sync with outlook, this is extremely difficult to do. Plus, no one at Verizon can help you do it because they don't know how. Since you need a third party application, you're out of luck with Motorola too. Also, I receive faxes by email as tiff files and my prior Blackberry was able to view them no problem. It synced with Outlook without any difficulties too.
Summary: When I ditched my storm 2 for the glitz and glamour of all the droid X does, i was smitten; a huge screen, millions of apps, wow, what a phone! But then reality set in...emails are pitifully slow if you do not convert to a gmail account (which it forces you to do) and sometimes they dont come at all. The text function, which is simple and huge and easy to use, does not allow for the use of emoticons, instead relying on a simple punctuation system.
