The keyboard has had a much needed re-design, gone is the directional pad to make room for larger keys that are easier to type on. I very rarely have little to say in the way of negatives but I do struggle with this one. The Milestone 2 is simply the best phone I've ever owned (although admittedly my previous phones haven't been spectacular by anyone's standards). It's running the solid Android OS with a reliable camera and simply excellent keyboard. Even sliding the thing up still provides a sense of tactile satisfaction.
