Summary: This is an excellent phone, good sound quality. It has a lot of functions and comes with a good basic set of apps. I recommend it for those who don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a phone with a lot of functionality they won't use.

Excerpt: people are very hard in this reviews with this device!!!...remember that was a first generation smartphone with OS cupcake (1.5), for me it was a satisfactory first phone and the QWERTY keyboard...i loved!!..very great experience
Pros: good camera resolution, double keyboard (QWERTY and touch keyboard)
Summary: Overall its a good phone. For under $150, I could expect this hardware specs, but OS, Android 1.6, really Motorola? Huge disappointment. There's a way you can root it and install custom rom, to upgrade to 2.1, thanks to dedicated android community.
Summary: It's certainly much better engineered than the blackberry in terms of parts and assembly. The Sim card has to be inserted while the Battery is taken OUT as a safety precaution not to short-circus the phone.
Summary: overall, a pretty good phone, esp for the price (approx $150 w/out contract). a few important things: doesn't work w/ ATT 3G, it's frequencies are only T-mobile's 3G bands (note, in order for 3G to work, the phone must have a "3G on a particular band" - though ATT and Tmobile's freq spectrum...
Excerpt: This Phone is actually an alright phone. Some things are actually not that good though. And some of the highlight features are very disappointing. Such as Moto-Blur I didn't find it useful, I think they could have sold the phone wither it had moto-Blur or not.
Pros: Touch Screen, Camera, Fast Browser, Speaker Phone, Apps, Lock Feature, The colors
Cons: The Keyboard, motoBlur, Battery life is horrible, No Flash, Kinda Bulky
