Excerpt: The Motorola Cliq is hands down the worst phone I have ever owned. I don't even know where to begin. I suppose I'll just make a list of everything I disliked. It was an alright phone when it wanted to work, but for the most part it was just another failure by Motorola. The ONLY thing I liked about this phone was that it had the Android network. Other than that, I absolutely hated it. I would take my old dinosaur cell phone over that thing any day.
Summary: Motorola support is worthless, old OS that is obsolete out of the box and not upgradeable to Android 2.0 or higher. Dead spots on screen for no reason and they move around after inputting new screen unlock codes. I wish I never bought this phone.
Summary: Edit: Do not buy this phone This phone with CM7 is effected by the random battery drain bug outlined here: [...] You should only buy this phone if your aim is to get a good deal on first-gen hardware. By hardware I literally mean just the phone, software not included. The extras that came in the box are obviously used (battery, useless quickstart guide, wall usb adapter), but the phone itself seems brand new as advertised.
Cons: First of all, the battery life lasts for only several hours. The wifi doesn't even work most of the time. Most of the apps and gadgets don't work or they shut down by themselves. There are so many things wrong with this phone that i can't even list them a
Summary: I am Highly dissapointed after buying these Quench Cell phones (2 of them). My primary intention was to have Skype application running on my cell phone and when I tried to download it, guess what ?? Android 1.5 doesn't support skype and there is no intention from Motorola to upgrade to 2.2 or 2.3 So now I have to enter the world of unofficial stuff to make it works or distroy it the new Cell in the process. I found many people with the same problem. Amazing !!
Summary: Came with Android 1.5. Very bad provider did not sent original Invoice. Cell got confiscated when traveled outside the us. Please double check you'll get an original invoice when buying this kind of product.
