your choice! keep in mind this came out in Jan 2011.

Summary: the reason it gets 3 is because i expected 5! prior to this i had the exhibit 4g 2, which is a mid-range smartphone while the cliq 2 is a high mid-range smartphone. i fell in love with the look and feel of the cliq to be honest, plus i got a great deal on it, only $100.00 dollars, it included an extra battery, 2 chargers, and a docking station, plus books + box. this phone just recently got 2.3 (gingerbread) so its firmware now allows use of the phones full potential!
Pros: good camera with flash decent camcorder even though its not HD physical keyboard 3g nice display easy to use
Cons: screen freezes up crappy battery life camcorder not HD and can't record with flash! it over heats! shuts off and and reboots itself on its own.... Apps will open then shut down, or "forclose" themselves.
phone is ok, wish i would have bought at cheaper price for performance

Summary: cool phone, battery life kinda sucky...the screen freezes (dont know if its because i bought the phone slightly used)...cool apps, n features. take cool pics...overall the phone has everything i was looking for in a phone. still trying to figure out if im going to keep using it or by a new phone.
Summary: The Motorola Cliq is a decently build, touch screen, android phone. The capacitive touch screen is very sensitive and reponds accurately to touch. It has average overall internal memory for apps and runs a 528mhz processor. The phone has recently been upgraded to android 2.1, and the download for it is available at motorola.com.
Summary: A great phone for first time Android users. Pros: Touch screen + keyboard ( most new Android phones are phasing that out ) one of the best hard keyboards I've ever used. Cons: still a first gen Android phone in both specs and firmware ( the only android phone still running Android 1.5, though a update in July will change that ). Sometimes the touch screen isn't responsive and has "dead spots", though when you close the app or restart it, that usually goes away.
