Summary: Sept 2013 Motorola no longer supports CLIQ2 phone, whether purchased new or used. Software updates/upgrades are no longer available online (links still exist but don't work). They gave me an RMA # to send the phone in for an Android software upgrade. The RMA said I would receive the phone back within 5 business days. They received the phone 8/5. When I called they said turnaround was actually 7-10 business days.
Summary: Topshelf Wireless sold me a faulty phone then after I sent it back for an exchange, I never heard from them again! Now I'm out 300 bucks and Topshelf does not care! Don't buy a Motorola Cliq 2 and ESPEACIALLY don't buy from these criminals. They'll take your money and run!
Summary: I bought this phone used, without conducting adequate research first. I turned it on, checked out some of the functions, and it promptly froze at a white screen. After talking to T-Mobile, I found out from them that this model had been discontinued due to software and massive technical issues. I ended up buying a new CLIQ 2, which has been great and no problems at all.
Summary: This is the second time I purchased Motorola Cliq and it was not up to normal standard. My Cliq has cosmetic damages on it, that was the reason for the purchase. The first one I purchased had issues, but this phone does not have a battery tab which is used when power runs out. The Battery tab is missing on this phone, you can't left the battery out once it runs out of power.
Summary: Dream G2 Sciphone lasted for two weeks, then one day, it would not boot, it starts then keeps reseting for ever. Wifi was not working (when it was working) so I had to search and find the solution. There is no help you can find for this phone. Only thing I know, I will never buy a phone from China, looks nice on the picture, has a list of so many things, but is not working.
Summary: Very expensive phone that is extraordinarily difficult to use. Way too complicated, bought it for myself, wound up giving it to my daughter who loves gadgets and is lightning fast on a cell phone, even she couldn't figure it out. Only works with android service instead of regular internet too, which is 3 times more expensive ($30.00 vs. $10.00 for regular internet - and this is a cell phone, not a computer! I have cable internet for my pc and it's only $19.95/mo.).
Summary: I was deceived the phone was not NEW, very and USED. I was on the phone with T-mobile for about 40 minute Tech Support, no luck !!! I was tricked and I want my money back !! The seal was broken in a old box.
Summary: The team does not work the phone, in addition to the qualification that never did nor respond my mail, I wanted to buy another computer, but I regret it because apparently I stole the other money
