Excerpt: i thought the phone would be good because it looked cool, i was just a kid, didnt have money and the phone was free so i went for it...the review were 1 and a half stars i made a huge mistake...i was probably better off with a refurbished droid X. so i had to go back to my old basic phone...i just upgrade to the droid razr m :) checked everything for the specs from hardware to software...
Summary: I broke my Droid (the original one) and since the phone I wanted to replace it with wasn't going to be available for a month and I needed an interim phone, I purchased this one, as the least expensive smartphone Verizon had available. Wow, I had no idea anyone made smartphones this poorly. Does it "work"? Sure. You can call on it, send and receive emails, take photos, surf the web, download apps. Yes, it works.
Excerpt: over all its built is good the touch screen is good the features suck.I like the colors and its easy to manage it the service it sucks half the time it shuts off n most of the time my text r not sent.I have only had it for 3 days n i don't like it at all
Pros: the color is good, the structure is great durable
Cons: bad service, dont get ur text, internet even sucks, can't do much more than a basic phone
Looking for a small Android phone? Re-think purchasing this one..

Summary: I had a Droid 2 but it was too bulky for me and I got this one thinking that because it was an Android it would work just as flawlessly (should've done my research). The phone is extremely slow, takes forever to download and to open apps. Very cute design. I have always wanted a bar type phone that wasn't huge and that wasn't sucky. Love all of the apps and the phone is easy to use like my other Droid but it's too slow.. Needs an update I guess.
Excerpt: Right out of the box this phone was trouble prone. The first issue was the dialpad display would constantly flash on and off when I would attempt to tap in numbers on phone calls which required number entry such as the bank or to pay bills on an automated phone system. After a couple months the ringer and speaker system would shut itself off leaving Me with no way of hearing incoming phone calls. A very definate disapointment from motorola.
Excerpt: When I got this phone I wasn't really expecting a whole lot, but I was expecting a little better than below average. The processing speed became a frequent problem. Also the phone for some strange reason would just shut of for absolutely no reason, this really frustrated me. I think Verizon could have done a little better job, but I understand it was just to throw something out on the market which I understand.
Summary: I have had this phone for a few months now and I am ready to replace it. The keyboard sucks. You can't type anything without touching other touch screens and must delete your message and start over again. The browser is huge and does not allow for full viewing, you must shrink it down. Athough it is full of apps and abilities which I am impressed with, I find it difficult to get to those places. I want a simpler phone.
