Summary: It's a good phone for Consumer Cellular. But it is LOCKED into Consumer Cellular. You cannot use it for AT&T or other providers. If you buy an AT&T phone instead, you could use it for Consumer Cellular. So the AT&T phone is "backward compatible", but the Consumer Cellular phones are not.
Summary: I was replacing the same phone I already had because mine had a cracked screen. . first the battery wouldn't charge so I had to use mine. the phone freezes up and I have to removed battery and try again. the outward condition of the phone was very good .and delivey was fast .How ever not happy with overall performance .seems like too much trouble to contact seller.
Summary: I had to send the first one back because it would no longer charge properly. the second one i recieved worked great at first, very clear picture, fast, etc. but not too long after having the phone it began to do some goofy things. sometimes sending a text to a different person than you intended to, freezing up very frequently. shutting itself off while you are using it, and it became very slow. honestly from my experience, i wouldn't recommend this phone.
Summary: Phone is slow and freezes alot. Have to restart it several times a day. Battery only last about 6 hours before I have to charge phone. Lot of programs I am not able to access on this phone due to certificate issues. Not able to change the settings for trusted.certificates. I think due to only having this phone a few weeks and the.money I paid For this phone this will be my last one.
