Summary: Just wanted basic prepaid smart phone for emergency use but easily upgrade minutes when needed. Started with $ 10.00 plan. Never made a call, never used email, text or used internet and balance went to 0 in days. They returned balance, but it keeps disappearing. Customer Service polite but ineffectual. You loose money just turning phone on or going to a different screen. Click okay and 10 cents deducted; try to unlock screen another deduction. Get the picture?
Summary: Couldn't get the phone to work due to some motoblur thing that popped up when I opened the phone and tried to get service to work. Regardless of how many times I tried, this program still errored, and I contacted Motorola and they told me there was no way to get around the program. Do not recommend.
Summary: Phone frequently locked up, probably because it's running Froyo slooowly and I load it up with apps that all worked well on my Gingerbread. Access to battery to hard boot is not well designed and I broke the plastic clips with little effort. I must have also done something to the battery and/or contacts as it died before I could even take the battery out. The seller was 5 stars, very prompt service and shipping, and sold me exactly what was advertised.
Summary: With electronics, you can sometimes get a bad copy of a generally good product. I can't speak to the product in general but my phone was horrid. Froze, erratic starts and stops. At the end, commands took 3 1/2 minutes to execute.
Summary: Motorola recently acquired mb520 bravo, very nice, but there are several topics to comment on this. The first is that the phone does not allow access until you register an account MOTOBLUR ... And if I have no wifi or data account? And if I'm not interested in social networks? And if I do not want? For that I shall submit to the obligation to MOTOBLUR?
