Summary: I am very disappointed with the phone, because in the description they did not they said the phone is broken at the corner where will the headset as well as the front, can not say it does not work but has that problem is very serious and not I like.
Summary: First I want to say I got mine thru Cellular World. I just want to save someone else the grief I have had to go thru with my phone. I am on my second replacement phone. The original was contracted in February 2013. End of August 2013 it died. I was at home with the cell phone as the only communication I had. Mother in law was dying. My hubby had gone to her house. I tried to call out. They tried to call in. I had no way of communicating with anyone.
Summary: I purchased this Motorola atrax HD phone and received it August 2013. It worked great.until January 2014 One day I noticed the battery was not charging after I connected it to it's factory charger. It dropped all the way down to 0% then died and would not charge or ever power back on. You can't open the battery cover. So that kept me from resetting it that way. Motorola atrix use to be a great cellphone for me! But this atrix HD is very disappointing.
Summary: My wife and I both purchased the Motorola Atrix HD. Within 2 months, my wife's phone died. Luckily, we were under warranty and replaced the phone, however no explanation of the problem was given. Within 15 days of the 1 year warranty expiring on my phone, the same problem occurred. No warning, phone just died. Both phones were well cared for, spent their lives in protective cases, charged with Motorola brand chargers and never exposed to water, extreme heat or cold.
Summary: The good was really bad damage, it looks like it has been used for 10 years, when the phone has been manufactured less than 2 years ago. It didn't bring any USB cable, it didn't came in the original box, also the camera, one of the most important features in a smartphone has a scratch. The screen also has several scratches, but that is to be expected. So if it were in my possibilities I would like a refund.
Summary: We've had the phone for six months. We returned our first one because we thought we had a lemon. Now, another few months into the replacement, the same problems are returning: Calls are dropped, connections poor. The camera resolution sucks, giving every photo a pink tone. The battery won't keep a charge and the storage space claims to be full when there's PLENTY of space left. What a poor example of a product from a company that I used to respect.
Summary: I would like the phone IF it would work. But since it constantly locks up, disconnects calls, which wouldn't be bad if I did not have to restart the phone to be able to use it again. I have had mine for a year and cannot upgrade for at least 6 months. I have had it replaced 2x already. Wish I never would have gotten it. Sad thing is Ihave never had problems with a motorola phone until now. My cousins husband has the same phone and all the same problems.
