"Junk. Terrible screen, badly crippled OS, and slow."
Pros: The phone is pretty durable. The phone can be flexed and bent, without the screen shattering. In an Otterbox the phone can survive quite a throw. I've learned this due to the incredible amount of frustration I've had with this phone.
Cons: Everything else. Screen is incredibly over sensitive, except near the edges where it's not sensitive at all. Battery lasts a day at idle, half that with moderate use. Phone often becomes slow and unresponsive, and needs to be restarted frequently.
"Would be great except for a couple crucial things...."

Pros: Excellent specs, comparable to more pricier phones in its class. Nice display and very nice camera for recording HD videos. Not too bad on the bloatware. Motorola's stock app included called "Smart Actions" is a nice feature for optimal customization
Cons: The battery life is horrible! I mean bad, bad! Non-removable battery = poor choice design! Holding the phone to watch videos is awkward because of its size. The external speaker could sound better in my opinion, especially playing music through it.
Pros: Smart Actions allow you to tell the phone to do certain things, like shut off GPS, dim screen, etc at certain times or at certain locations Drive Mode is pretty cool, it can read text messages for you when driving
Cons: Horrible battery life, even when idle Slow or even no response to programs, email app would not even open most of the time Laggy connection to bluetooth speaker. Music played to bluetooth speaker would stop at times for no apparent reason.
Summary: My original atrix had a busted screen. The cheapest fix was $160 bucks (the screen is part of the display and have to replace both at same time). I figured i would take a chance on this phone for the price. I am SO glad I did. The phone had NO scratches on it (i was surprised to be honest) and worked as new! We have only had it a few months now but I have had no problems with it at all.
Summary: The good was really bad damage, it looks like it has been used for 10 years, when the phone has been manufactured less than 2 years ago. It didn't bring any USB cable, it didn't came in the original box, also the camera, one of the most important features in a smartphone has a scratch. The screen also has several scratches, but that is to be expected. So if it were in my possibilities I would like a refund.
Attention T-mobile customers, you might not get internet service
10 October 2013
Summary: I am SO disappointed about all this. I was VERY excited about the features of this phone. I had seen on the reviews that T-mobile customers could still get data service, though it might not be perfect. Well, just know that this is bull***t. I get data service only when I'm in my room -which is totally silly and useless since I can use wifi in my room. ANYWHERE ELSE, NO INTERNET. I called the customer service, the guy was AWFUL.
Summary: I have this phone since May and I love it. The phone responds well and the design is nice. It's very good for a high end Cell phone Just keep in mind that you have to clip your sim card in case you have the regular sim. It's worth it!
Not quite perfect, but the best phone for the money I know of right now.

Summary: With a few reservations, this is a great phone, and it is by far the most phone available for the money as of the date on this review. Since I have the most worthless cable company in the known universe, I depend on my cell phone for all of my internet access, so its only slightly less important to me than food, water, and shelter. While the Atrix HD isn't perfect, its good enough that I would still highly recommend it.
