Nice design, but fails to be reliable when trying to place a call

Summary: At first I was happy with this phone since I had such poor performance with my Kyocera Rise. I love it's "blackberry" style design and the touch screen is usually pretty responsive and smooth. The only failing is that when I try to make a simple phone call either by dialing or from my call history screen, there is a several minute DELAY before the call finally is dialed. This is VERY frustrating!!
Summary: I had it one week when I barely dropped it and the screen cracked. I am also not very impressed by the OS. It is definitely not very intuitive and lacks some of the features I would like and expect in a smartphone. I also found that some of the updates(more specifically maps) to their on-board applications are buggy and break certain features on the phone. I had to uninstall the update to the maps program to the get phone to work properly.
Pros: Good battery life. Lots of apps. Decent speakers. Wifi connection. Remote connection.
Cons: Not durable. Key-board is hard to work Usability is poor. 3G is often slow. Not intuitive. Problems with people hearing me because of low bars.
