Summary: This phone is my 2nd LG expression. The first one was replaced due to the same issues I'm having with this current replacement LG expression. While this phone is setting on the counter turned on, but not in use, it dials my contacts repeatedly back to back 6 or more times at random . One incident in particular, my phone was in front of me on the table, turned on but not in use. However, it dialed a contact who heard my personal conversation and notified me the next day.
Summary: This would be a good phone if it were not for the awful software and slow processing. Often after pressing the screen the phone just sits there and you think did I press it or not, until it performs the requested functions. Other times it goes to “Blue Screen” heaven and seems to get totally confused. Many of the functions like the address book alphabetical list are side by side with other functions and it is almost impossible to make the selection you want.
Pros: battery life , sound
Cons: very slow , poor software , screen too small , bad user interface
Summary: I purchased this phone online. Yes the battery is not long lasting. I didn't realize that it came with a slide out keyboard, if I had known that I would not of bought it. I was on a long distance call when another call beeped in, I didn't answer it & the call coming in over rode my long distant call, disconnecting it. When making a call to a business, the business wants you to press 1 for English, I can't do that as the dial pad does not come up.
Summary: I cannot believe this is a current phone, it should have come out 10 years ago. The buttons are impossibly small, the camera is horrible, the reply screen for texts is tiny. The options for a non-smart phone are small, but don't go with this one.
Eh. It's an alright phone. AT&T needs better non-smartphones.

Summary: I am a heavy music listener. The layout for the music player is terrible and takes forever to load music. The screen locks every 2 seconds and is really annoying, especially with automated services when on the phone. The only thing I can pretty much do is text and call, but even these "best" features are very annoying.
Summary: The only reason why I got this phone was because I left my charger on my original phone out of state It was a flip phone that had no bells or whistles which I don't need after finding out I couldn't replace the charger I allowed the sales person to talk me into an upgrade which initially I thought was fine but you can't use the touch pad if you need to follow prompts, it cuts off and locks too quickly it changes screens on it's own maybe too fancy for me.
Summary: This is the worse phone I ever had. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and this was the only phone that did not have a data plan available for free. I do not believe in paying enormous prices for a cell phone. This phone has given me more trouble than all my cell phones put together. It calls numbers on my contact list just by being in my pocket. It drops calls constantly. I have had it replaced twice!! I do not like this phone! It is so incredibly cheaply made.
Summary: The one thing I hate about this phone is the stupid screen lock! It locks even when I'm talking on the phone and locks way to fast. Not sure how to fix this or if you can. To bad I can't afford an iphone!
Summary: This is my first phone. It has a pretty good touchscreen, and the keyboard is really easy to text on. The operating system looks a tiny bit like android but it is not android. It is mostly pretty fast and smooth inside menus and stuff but a bit laggy on the homescreen. Call quality is fine, nothing too fancy but gets the job done. One complaint is that the phone only allocates space for 500 text messages which isnt a whole lot.
Pros: battery life , keyboard , touchscreen
Cons: only 500 text messages , slightly laggy os , camera
