Summary: Got this phone for my wife because she prefers this style. She hates it. She says she can't send a text with it because it turns itself off every time she tries with no consistency about which key will turn it off. If you want a texting phone, get something else. This one is nothing but a headache.
Summary: I held off rating this item for a week because I had so many problems. I love the design of the phone, I'm a big fan of feature phones with the keypads, my last phone was a Pantech Crossover and I loved it. Theyre durable and do the job I need a phone to do.
MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LOVES THIS PHONE! SHE HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS AND THEN WANTED TO BUY THE SAME PHONE AGAIN!!

Summary: Super happy with this purchase. My daughter has had this phone for about 2 years. She wanted to get the same one again. So I ordered this one so she could just take her SIM card out of her old phone and put it in this one and be good to go. Her dad and stepmom were worried that it would not work.
Summary: This phone may have represented the leading edge of technology in its time, but it no longer does. The device is branded for AT&T, even though it is supposedly unlocked for any carrier. The apps that come with the phone are outdated and no longer supported, hence virtually useless.
Summary: My daughter and I both have this phone. It's great for someone who does a lot of communicating by text and doesn't want a smart phone. We both have dropped the phones multiple times and haven't had any problems with them working.

Summary: I find this phone incredibly frustrating to use. When my Sony Ericsson W910i Walkman phone died, I got this LG phone because I wanted a full QWERTY keyboard for composing text messages. I wish I'd just gotten another Walkman phone.
Summary: I absolutely love this phone! Just to give context to this review, I love technology, but I am trying to avoid getting a smartphone since I already deal with so much technology in my life. ha.
Summary: This phone is fantastic & especially good for beginners. So easy to understand & use. I love the slide out feature, makes it easy to type. Has several choices for rings & chimes for text.Screen is clear & simple easy to read.
Summary: This was a replacement for the older phone of the same manufacturer and pretty much the same model. The old phone had more buttons on the upper face(plate) and they stopped functioning just after 2 years.
