Summary: Got this phone for my wife because she prefers this style. She hates it. She says she can't send a text with it because it turns itself off every time she tries with no consistency about which key will turn it off. If you want a texting phone, get something else. This one is nothing but a headache.
Summary: I held off rating this item for a week because I had so many problems. I love the design of the phone, I'm a big fan of feature phones with the keypads, my last phone was a Pantech Crossover and I loved it. Theyre durable and do the job I need a phone to do.
MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER LOVES THIS PHONE! SHE HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS AND THEN WANTED TO BUY THE SAME PHONE AGAIN!!

Summary: Super happy with this purchase. My daughter has had this phone for about 2 years. She wanted to get the same one again. So I ordered this one so she could just take her SIM card out of her old phone and put it in this one and be good to go. Her dad and stepmom were worried that it would not work.

Summary: I find this phone incredibly frustrating to use. When my Sony Ericsson W910i Walkman phone died, I got this LG phone because I wanted a full QWERTY keyboard for composing text messages. I wish I'd just gotten another Walkman phone.
Summary: I absolutely love this phone! Just to give context to this review, I love technology, but I am trying to avoid getting a smartphone since I already deal with so much technology in my life. ha.
Summary: This was a replacement for the older phone of the same manufacturer and pretty much the same model. The old phone had more buttons on the upper face(plate) and they stopped functioning just after 2 years.

Summary: I've used this phone for about 2 years now and it's held up great. My phone from AT&T had an untimely accident and I needed to replace it. Local stores wanted 200-300 for this and I was very happy to see that I could buy it for a significant fraction of the price online.
Summary: actually, I cannot rate it. It is marketed as an unlocked, ATT capable phone. I ordered it to use on Consumer Cellular network and the network could not gain access to the phone. Had to return the phone to sender and am waiting for my refund.

Summary: Very stupidly configured--when you are on a call the screen keeps locking itself at one second intervals and there is no way to reconfigure this feature. If you need to keep using the dial pad on a call good luck--you will be punching the "unlock screen" key about ten thousand times during a five...
