Getting Frustrated, LG Electronics Ratings and Reviews
22 August 2013
Summary: I've had this phone for a couple of years. Was very durable and dependable but has started getting buggy. I minute it will connect to the blue-tooth in my car, the next time it doesn't. The other day, the alarm went off and it was no where near the time it was supposed to go off. Noticed later it was 8 hours and 3 years off on the time and date. Today, it would let me make calls but could send and receive text.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality
Summary: Purchased this phone after I lost my T-Mobile Galaxy for twice the price. Both have pull-out keyboards which I love for texting, but the LG has a nice touch screen instead of the stupid T-Mobile "roller ball." The keyboard has a better tactile feel then the T-Mobile which make texting easier.
Excerpt: I picked up this unit when I signed a new contract earlier this year. I love the fact that it has a keyboard underneath the touch screen that I can keep out of the way because I carry the phone in my pocket. The touch screen itself takes a little time to adjust but is worth the effort. Overall, a great value.
The zenon is great for anyone that wants a small phone!!

Excerpt: The zenon is a great phone for someone who doesn't want a huge phone. The zenon can do many things and is very durable, even though it has a touch screen. It has games, maps, gps, email, texting ablities, alarm clock, a ring that is very loud and much more!! It even comes with a case that you can put on your waistband. It has a long battery and you can put it on vibrate too. The zenon is the best phone anyone could ever get.
Excerpt: I purchased the LG Xenon two weeks ago and love it my only bad report is that the battery life seems to run out alot faster than my last phone. I also did not think that the manuel was very helpful. I had to discover how to save a picture that was sent to me attached to a text message basically on my own. If you are having the same trouble, bring up the picture, tap on the picture itself, and an option to save it comes up. I love the full touch screen and full keyboard.
Excerpt: I decided to upgrade to a phone with a full QWERTY keyboard as I couldn't stand texting with the number pad - this phone is great for that. Sometimes I do find the keys are too close together for me and I end up getting kicked out of the text screen and sent to the internet so I'm learning to be careful around those keys. Also, I had to send my first phone back because it stopped switching orientation when I opened the keyboard.
Excerpt: I have had this phone for almost a year and drop it every week and it hasn't broken yet. Which is always a problem for me. But there are 2 things I don't like about this phone is the keyboard will slowly fade so if you text a lot i would get this phone. Also, it wont let you record music off the radio and use it as your ringtone, but you can get bluetooth from your friends.
Excerpt: I love this phone and all of its capabilities. The keyboard is easy to use and the touch screen is very user friendly. The only negative on this phone would be the battery life. I suggest getting an extra charger for work and car. Other than that the web is easy to surf and checking email is a breeze. Highly suggest this phone.
Excerpt: I love this phone. It is very user friendly. The only problem was that with my first one, after a while the screen started to go blank. I got a new one and have not had the problem again. It is also very customizable which I love.
Excerpt: I wanted a good touch screen cell phone that I could use for calls and texting and the LG Xeon was a good choice. I have a limited budget, and did not need a phone to surf the internet with, and since the xeon does required a data plan it was perfect. It has a bright colorful display, which is excellent for use in bight light / outdoor situations. The slide out full QWERTY has decent sized keys and is easy to use even for my large fingers.
