Summary: I purchased this phone as an identical replacement to the one I've had for three years. Unfortunately, I'm having the same problem with the new one that I had with the other one. It doesn't stay charged for a long enough period of time. I don't have a data plan and I don't use blue tooth so neither of those features are contributing to the battery running down quickly. I only use my phone for texting and talking. On the plus side, I like the keyboard very much.
Summary: the screen died after one week of owning this phone. i only had a lame phone and thought this would be a great phone to have to talk to frends and text, but how can i do that when the screen dosn't work? i called the LG place for help and they were useless! they kept calling me mam and i'm a guy! the guy barly spoke english. pece of junk. don't buy it! it sucks!
Summary: My daughter bought this phone in July to replace her old phone of two years. She's had it for about two months now and wants to write a review. The phone itself was great: keyboard fully functional, touchscreen nice and responsive. I especially liked that I could set it to vibrate when I touched a button on the screen, so I always knew if I'd made contact with an actual button. I didn't have a data plan so I can't speak for the web access.
Summary: Let me start off by saying my old phone (a Sony Ericson) lasted me a good 3 or 4 days before I had to charge it back up. This new phone (the LG Xenon) is HORRIBLE when it comes to the battery. Even after I fully charge it and talk on the phone with somebody, the battery starts to die off extremely quickly. I will talk on it for maybe 10 minutes and the phone quickly starts beeping at me to plug it in before it dies.
Summary: I was unsatisfied with my product because it was defective. After nearly ten emails, they agreed to refund me 10% of the purchase price, and did so quickly. However, I am now receiving 3-4 emails a week telling me how to remove my negative feedback. I will not remove it. This has been going on for a month now. I find their actions harassing, conniving and manipulative.
Summary: I have had this phone for over a year and have continuously had downloading photos and video problems. One day it works and downloads the next it doesnt. I have tried everything in the book and besides but its so unreliable Im sick of it and look forward to getting another phone, dont think it will be LG.

Summary: I ordered this product because I thought I was getting the AT&T version of the phone (based on the picture). When I opened the package and the phone in the box looked nothing like the one in the display. When I put in my card the name fido popped up. It would work for calling and sms but mms and internet dosent work. So I instantly requested a return.
Summary: The phone isn't a bad phone. It calls and texts and the keyboard is convenient. HOWEVER, when I'm on the phone, the ear speaker is fuzzy and hard to understand people. I decided I can live with this since it's just a temporary phone. I tried to get on the internet and nothing. Can't send/receive picture messages and sometimes the phone just randomly shuts off and freezes. It's quite irritating when I'm in a hurry to talk to someone or find something.
