Great for replacement or cheap temporary fix, but not long term

Summary: I got it for a cheap way to get a full keyboard touch screen phone that didn't requie a data plan. Has nice little extra features, but the touch screen technology is a bit atrocious. A great idea for a starter phone for the young ones to see how they do with phones, but not a long term thing by any means.
Summary: I bought this phone for my husband who wanted a touch screen, but isn't very high on technology. This phone is very easy to use and has lots of great functions. Good battery life. Perfect phone for someone who wants a basic phone with some smartphone qualities with out the smartphone price.
Summary: I've had a few of these over the years and really like them. Hardy phone holds up well and I never had any issues with it. Also had a good experience with the service I received. Would buy from them again.
Summary: Didn't take very long to get to my house which was great! Good basic phone which is what I needed. I was used to the newer touch screens so it was hard getting used to this old one. You really have to press the screen when texting witch is a hassle.
Summary: I've had this phone for about 3 or a little more years and its still going strong, I get great reception, the speaker is nice and loud, it may not be a smart phone, but its one of the best basic phones you can have if you don't want to pay for an internet plan with those smart phones.
Summary: I had to replace the same phone because it wouldn't hold a charge so i bought this one. I'm not totally happy with it though. First, it loses calls and searches for service constantly. It has to be an issue with the phone because I'd never had that problem before. And when it's charging or in use, it gets pretty hot. Also the phone won't turn on if it is plugged into the charger. I have to unplug it before it will turn on, not sure why.
