Question: Battery Drain on LG VX8360

Does anyone else have an issue with the battery draining when shut off? I work in a steel building, so I shut my phone off for 10 hours a day and when I turn it on I'm down 1 or 2 bars of battery life. Twice it drained so low, I had to charge it before it would turn back on. I'm on my second phone and I still have the same issue. Any ideas?

    New phone, so new battery. Same problem, lg wants me to send the phone back.

    I have no answer I am taking the phone back today for a second time with the battery issue. I have had the same problem with the battery being DEAD the next morning after being turned off with a full charge indication. Maybe I will get it fixed this time .. oh, and it was reported to be a nice mid to top of the line phone now it sells for 38 bucks.. sounds cheap to me... daaaaaaaaa Cattim100

    A cell phone usually does that if it is switch off for a long time. I had a cell phone which was switched off for several hours and I trouble to switch it on. Therefore, I would suggest you to change the battery to a new one.
