    I previously owned an LG phone and was very happy with it. After 4+ years I finally broke my old phone. I went to the Verizon/Alltel store to replace this phone with one that is as similar as possible. I have been back several times because this phone dies after about 12 hours, even on days when I don't use it.     The features on this phone are very nice. However, the sound quality is the worst of any phone I have owned or used. Its hard to hear and distorts if you turn up the volume. Frequently the sound is fuzzy and not very clear at all. This is my only complaint, but its a big one. If you can't hear your caller correctly than the other nice features are quickly out weighted.     I got this phone a few months ago because it came free with my family's verizon plan, and it isn't as bad as you would think. It has texting & calling, and allows you to take pictures, which is really all I need on a phone. Yeah, it may not allow you to take videos and all of the fancy things other phones can do, but it's easy to use and carry around. Read more
