Excerpt: Heavy Duty describes this phone. It's good looking, too. Only quirck is you have to save a picture or video before you send it, or you take the chance of your phone powering down and back up in the middle of the send (and losing the video or pic you just took and are trying to send a friend). I'm happier with this phone than I was with the prior 3 MotoKrazr's I went through in less than a year, or the 2 Motorolas prior to that.
Excerpt: I have had the LG VX8700 for almost two years with almost no problems. The battery still lasts as long as it did when I got it, I have dropped it multiple times with no problems. I only have two problems with it: 1. Its stainless steel (or it looks like it is) so it always has stupid fingerprints on it; and 2: The # key (space bar when texting) only works if you press it just right, which is annoying. I would recommend this phone to anyone!
Summary: Unquestionably, I bought this Cell for the obvious reasons the Sleek metal finish,Sharp 2-MP camera, fast EV-DO performance; Excellent voice call quality. In addition,I like that the VX8700 records 320 x 240-pixel videos at 15 frames per second plus playback is generally smooth, with rich colors. One can record up to one hour of video to a 2GB memory card, or up to 30 seconds in Video Message Mode.
Excerpt: By far this phone really had my cool factor when I bought it, I really think of it as the delorean of cell phones. While everyone else had their Moto Razors, I had a kick *** stainless steal design body. Over all I loved the OS, it was easy to use and understand. Txting and calling were the big things for this phone and it did these things smoothly. The over all phone held up forever and I think this is due to the fact it's an all metal phone.
Summary: I had this phone for almost 4 years and never had a complaint. Wonderful clarity and great reception. Easy to use. The battery stays charged for days. This phone is a nice size and a great weight so it is very comfortable to talk on. The stainless steel finish stays looking nice with moderate care. Something happened so the keypad light would not turn off so the phone would die within a few minutes if it wasn't plugged in.
Summary: This phone is very easy to use. It has a standard phone keypad, rather than the full keyboard that many phones have these days. I don't like the phones with full keyboards usually because they are awkward shapes and just too big, so I love that this phone is still pretty compact. This is not a flip-phone, but the screen swivels.
Summary: I had an opportunity to upgrade to a new phone, one with all the bells and whistles, but decided against it based on my experience with the LG Shine. This is a stainless steel phone that is pure class. It's not designed for those who like to text or browse the internet-- it is in its' simplicity that lies it's class and ruggedness. The phone is very sleek/trim, silver colored and a c;am-shell design.
Summary: I have wanted this phone ever since it came out like 2 years ago. I love the stainless steel covering and it's weight. It's a little heavier than most flip phones, but it feels like you have a phone in your hands. As soon as I got this phone I switched phones and started using it. I LOVE IT!
Summary: This phone was great! All the features were exactly as good as explained. This camera takes stunning images and the sleek metal finish was a nice touch. Over all the phone works great , battery life is long, and call quality was out standing. The shipping was super fast. Thanks alot.
Summary: The phone is very sturdy. It also has a very unique rotating screen design. Lots of fun to mess around with. camera is pretty good, 1.3 MP which isn't terrible for a phone. texting is easy and no problems with dropped calls or messy reception. Haven't used the Mobile TV app yet as I do not have coverage in my area. The Navigation buttons on most phones are above the 0-9#* keypad but on this phone it's reversed so it takes a little getting used to.
