Summary: Have had 2 of these phones and both had the same defect, problem, Calls would not ring thru. I would not know I had a call until my voice mail alert let me know. And the warranty on these "new" phones is only 90 days...retro back to the first purchase. No info comes with the phone....no invoice, no warranty , nothing. So be aware when you buy. Sounds like a good deal but here I am with another bad phone that I've had for 4 months and the warranty is no good.
Summary: The phone came in great condition, it looks brand new even though it's refurbished. The only problem is the battery that came with it will only work while the phone is plugged into the charger. I wonder if this company will replace it since it's refurbished? Great phone, bad battery. Luckily I have an extra one since I have owned this phone before. Hopefully it lasts since I had that phone for 5 years.
Summary: First of all if you have an unlimited budget for the cell and can afford all-inclusive service plan don't read any further. Otherwise my experience will hopefully be helpful. Also, as it is Verizon-only-compliant cell phone it'd be fair to evaluate VX8300 and Verizon together. - In general the phone seems to be ok but calls do occasionally drop. - Menu has some hidden/intrusive options i.e. you press the wrong button you get charged.
