Excerpt: I upgraded to this phone from a moto razor and am very sad to say that it was not good at all. The battery died every few minutes after 2 months of use. Upon talking to AT&T people, they sent me a new battery for the phone which started dying in another 6 months of use. I would never spend my money on this phone and would not recommend any one to use it either.
Excerpt: I hate the LG Vu. There are lots of things I hate about it. But mainly it is just a cheap excuse for an iPhone, the battery doesnt last long at all. But one other thing that I dont like is that you can only choose from 10 unpleasant ringtones for when you get a text message. I do not like this phone at all!
Excerpt: My phone broke and my dad loaned me his LG Vu which he no longer uses. This phone is HORRIBLE. The touch screen is so frustrating. Had a hard time making a phone call, let alone using any of its "smart" features. This phone gets a thumbs down from me.
Excerpt: the lg vli u has a tounch screen that can not be seen on a sunny all. you have to get in the shape of a tree in order to see the screen. Excerpt: I got this phone because it was an inexpensive touch screen when I was renewing my contract. Well, I cannot wait until I can upgrade again. This phone is the worst. It is difficult to text with, and I like to text. Now I always have to proofread my messages for incorrect letters or spaces and incoherent words.
this is the worse phone i've ever had, it freezes all the time .

Excerpt: This is by far the worse phone i have ever had in my entire life. The on screen keypad is too small. The calibration they show u in order for the keys to set up with your touch does not work at all. If u press the letter l it shows you the letter k. if you press the number two you will get the nu,mber three or four . On top of that the keyboard freezes up. I replaced three of thses phones in one month. Every version of this phone att sent me was the same.
Excerpt: well where should i began. I first purched this phone in may 2009.its a touch screen pone with all kinds of fun this to do.it has t.v. ,texting, camra, video and games.but a few weeks after i got the phone it started to go off on its own the screen would go blank and sometimes i couldnt even answer my calls.
Excerpt: I got this phone when I broke my Motorola Razor 2 and at&t had discontinued carrying the Razor two, and was mad from the very start that they did not have the phone that I had been carrying insurance to replace, but they replaced it with this LG Vue that I decided might be a good change, I used the phone less than a couple of days when I started having problems with the phone freezing up and not working the way that it is designed to work, and from there on I have had...
Excerpt: Honestly, the LG Vu is not the worst phone ever but for what I paid, I expected much more. First, the Internet is terrible. There is no actual web browser so it takes forever to get to a webpage and then it doesnt even look right. Also, the touch screen is one of the biggest pieces of junk that I've used. Texting takes forever because unless you have baby fingers, its impossible to press the correct letter every time.
Excerpt: Last summer, I bought my daughter an LG Vu for her 19th birthday. I was so excited, thinking I was getting her a great phone. Six weeks later, when our contracts ran out, we purchased three more vu's. Two months later, Lauren's phone began freezing up on her. Then she began to complain that it wasn't holding a charge. One day, she put it on the charger before she went to bed. The next morning 7 HOURS LATER she took it off the charger.
