Summary: This is a great little phone. It is by no means the fastest one on the market but for the price you can't beat it. I got a used one for $25 and it is almost as good as the new similar sized ones that sell for $100. The only thing that would make me happier would be if it had a camera flash or a charge light.
Great phone - excellent value - All smiles so far!

Summary: My daughter is thrilled with this phone. Plus, the battery life is much better than I expected based on the other reviews I read. I did buy her a car charger - so she plugs in at both night and whenever she's driving. So far - so good. We are using the prepaid $35.00 a month plan. It has unlimited text and internet plus enough talk time to meet her needs since most her friends text anyways.
Awesome product! Great deal! Easy to use! I have bought 5 for my family!

Summary: I you are looking to upgrade to a smartphone I would recommend the LG Optimus V. This has been my first one and I am very pleased with it. The features are easy to use and navigate through. I like the screen size as it is easy to see the icons and text. Compared to other smartphones, you are getting excellent value for your money as you can buy this phone new now for about $100. The only downside to this phone is the battery life is ok.
Summary: LoveLoveLove it..great price..intoductory smartphone. It has all the features of my HTC Eris except more memory and the ability to move apps to the sd csrd. This phone costs only $35....way cheaper than a new one. I have obtained a great deal in this purchase. I tried to use a screen protector but it was horrible. End result is the phone is so inexpensive there is no need for a screen protector.
Pros: You CAN tether it via the cable a $10 app, EasyTether Pro. I even get on Second Life via my Lenovo laptop through tethering, set at low graphics with no major slowdown. The GPS works great and it has a good unlimited Internet plan for cheap.
Cons: No flash video, Android 2.2, battery doesn't last as long as I like doing Internet but it's not bad and especially when you turn 3G off or use Juice Defender, it ups the battery life. Low amount of internal memory.
hands down best bang for the buck among all virgin mobile phones.

Summary: the battery on this thing is a marathon runner compare to other androids. i can easily go a full day without charging with moderate use (text, maybe a phone call, and internet with gps and auto refresh constantly running). the phone is all plastic with a metal frame so this thing although not as stylish as those glassy phones, can take quite a beating. it also doesnt come preinstalled with a bunch of bloatware like the htc wild fire.
Summary: pretty good phone..battery life is much better that expected. It's got everything. the GPS works fantastic althought it runs on 3G it is fast enough to get the job done. the camera is not too bad(no flash) android 2.2 is pretty decent. I installed vonage and viber both apps run very smooth.
"It's hard to beat a $100 Android phone with a $35 plan!"
26 March 2012
Pros: Chassis feels solid. Rubber-like skin (not slippery like so many phones). Sharp display. Real buttons. Android OS. $35/mo for unlimited text and web + 300 calls. $45/mo for unlimited text and web + 1200 calls.
Cons: 3G not 4G. No Flash out of the box, but apparently flash works after loading a Flash plug-in to some browsers. No forward facing camera. Like many powerful phones, it has limited battery life, but installing JuiceDefender helps a lot.
