I would NOT recommend it. When I can I will buy the iPhone.

Summary: Needs constant charging, difficult to navigate, comes loaded with useless apps, poor 3-G reception, drops calls frequently, camera takes poor pics in low light, phone has difficulty gaining reception in moving vehicle,........ Other than that it is a real " pretty " phone.

Pros: 1. Reacts quickly enough, 2. Bright screen, 3. REALLY loud speakerphone if wanted, 4. Buttons on the body, unlike that stupid iPhone design with just the one Home button.
Cons: 1. Speakerphone is TOOOOOOOOO loud even at the lowest setting. 2. LG replaces what you type with capital letters when typing a URL. 3. That stupid smile icon next to the period gets pressed all the time. 4. Backlighting goes OFF
Can't get a lot of apps due to small internal memory!!!!!
5 January 2012
Summary: This phone is pretty cool except for one thing: the internal memory of the phone is entirely too small! You can't download many apps even if you use a large micro SD card. The features of the phone itself are good but the memory limitations really set this phone back!
"this phone is an ok phone but i wouldnt reccomend it"

Pros: good for a basic smartphone. the 25 dollars a month is not that bad.
Cons: the phone has horrible battery life. The phone also freezes up a lot.Dont really count on good coverage especially if you live in the western part of the United states.Horrible phone for gaming because graphics are terible and slow
Very poor battery life... easy to use... beware of pocket dialing.
10 October 2011
Summary: I come to this phone after using the iPhone. Got tired of the expense. So my expectations were perhaps too high. I find the main issue with this phone is battery life. IT dies VERY qucikly. I get about 4 hours on the phone on standby and it is then dead. A dead phone is of little use. I have tried to manage the features and apps on it to try to extend the battery...
Pros: The Virgin Plans, the camera, the apps, mp3 player
Cons: Their phones are behind technologically. The App world is not a new concept, Palm has been using Apps on their Treo's for quite some time. Not until, Palm created this phone have I experienced so many problems with having to erase Apps to free up memory

Pros: THE DESIGN OF THE PHONE IS GREAT, THE FUNCTIONALITY (WHEN THE DATA CONNECTION IS WORKING). TONS OF APPS, EXCELLENT MAPS/NAVIGATION (WHEN THE DATA CONNECTION IS WORKING). VERY USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE.
Cons: WHERE DO I START. WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THE PHONE I WAS UNABLE TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES FOR A WEEK! AFTER THAT ISSUE WAS MYSTERIOUSLY RESOLVED I STARTED HAVING "DATA CONNECTION" ISSUES. I WOULD GO 2-3 DAYS SOMETIMES WITHOUT A DATA CONNECTION. THAT MEANT

Pros: Slim, access to Android Apps, has a good camera, and Google.
Cons: Battery life was awful, had a horrible lag when it came to receiving texts, froze and shut off all of the time for no reason, would make some apps that were downloaded not appear, would never load my pictures, would barely send picture messages.
