Summary: I am reviewing the phone itself. I bought this phone in a Sprint store, not from Amazon, so I cannot comment on that. I detest this phone like a cancer. Minus 1: It gets no signal. At first I thought that Sprint just sucked, but I've been next to Sprint users before who had full signals while I've had no bars. On a clear day, without a cloud in the sky (literally) I still have no bars and no wifi. Minus 2: It's phone function is a joke.
Summary: I used this when my old Nexus died due to water damage. If you have a contract you are better off shelling out 100 for a galaxy whatever, but if you need something short term this isn't a horrible option. The phone tends to lock up and lag in certain applications, chrome has a few bugs where the title bar will take up half the screen until you restart and it will over heat when you run the gps.
The LG Viper is a very solid phone with some tweaks.

Summary: I have become quite a fan of LG phones, not because they are the fanciest or offer the most features but mainly because every LG I have owned has offered superior call quality for both myself and the person I am talking to. For me, if a phone fails at voice quality then it fails as a phone. Period. LG always manages to succeed in this regard and that's why their phones have earned my respect. The Viper, by 2014 standards, is a small phone with just a 4" screen.
Summary: Like a few of the other reviews said, the phone can get a little hot after some use. The battery life could be better, but in my case, I bought a used one so I can't say if it was like this from the start. The only thing that really bothers me is that I have to remove the case to get to the sd slot. Otherwise, I like this phone.
Summary: This is the worst phone I've ever owned. The battery life is less than 3 hours and it overheats when charging. I have to fully charge my phone 3-4 times a day and all I use it for is texting and the occasional FB check. Also, while charging, I have had it overheat to the point where it will shut itself down to cool off.
