Excerpt: I have had several cell phones over the years and have never had a screen crack/break not even from the inside where the glass is fine but the graphics get messed up. But that is exactly what happened when it was in a padded case.
Excerpt: I only gave this phone a 2.5 rating because of the features. Other than that, I have had the battery replaced 3x. Whenever I charge it completety, turn it off maybe one hour, then turn it back on, it's dead. I'm going to see if I can get the phone replaced before I totally give up on it.
Excerpt: I had been looking for a phone like 3 years ago, I settled on the Motorola K1m krazr, and yeah that phone was cool when I owned it. But I looked at this and it was cooler, i was just not sure of the touch panel. It seems to just be a touchier lg 8500 and an upgrade to that of course.

Pros: Long battery life, Optional buttons or touchscreen, Great features/apps
Cons: Random rebooting, 2.5mm headphone jack, No camera flash

Pros: - lots of ringtones, - NEVER drops a call, - quick, responsive touch screen, - great camera
Cons: - screen gets dirt/dust under the edges, -screen peels over time, -no flash
Excerpt: **I KNOW PEOPLE DON'T LIKE READING LONG REVIEWS, BUT IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS PHONE PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS.** Ok. I got this phone, thinking "oh, cool, I've got a touch screen phone, it works, and it looks pretty darn cool.
Pros: *Looks very cool - externally and in menus and that sort of thing., *Texting is surprisingly easily on the numerical keypad., *Touch screen reacts when buttons are tapped, making it easier to make the right selection., *More customizable than many phones., *Customizable shortcuts a plus.
Cons: *Camera was disappointing, with awful controls and terrible picture quality., *Quality: poorly built, fell apart in less than a year of ownership., *Touch screen not reliable, with delays., *Bad selection of ringtones, I found them all obnoxious and no good texting rings., *Very easy to press any...
