Summary: This phone died after just two years of very limited service. The phone is used on occasion, but now that I need it as I am out of the country in the US and not in Canada and relying on it to actually work, it just died after two weeks.
Summary: Ditched AT&T after a storm knocked down a tower and they decided not to replace it, rendering our cell phones at our house useless for the last 4-5 months of the contract. Switched to Virgin based on the no-contract and the cheap unlimited plan. As far as service, these are great.
Summary: This was my first phone. I did like it a lot. It had texting, internet, a camera, great service plan, no dropped calls, and decent games. Then one day it froze on me and that was it. I tried taking the battery out and turning it on again. The first screen came on (HELLO) and just started flashing.
Summary: A decent enough cheaper qwerty keypad phone. However, if you don't want to kill the phone, do not use the notepad tool feature. There is a glitch (known since at least Sept. 2010, based on forum comments, other reviews, etc.) that will kill the phone. If notepad is accessed the phone freezes up.
Summary: I made the mistake of buying this phone twice. I really liked the phone. The keyboard is great, easy to use and not too tiny. The screen good too but i had two major problems with this phone: 1) you cannot send picture messages from this phone.
Summary: **6 months plus later This phone went downhill dramatically by the 6 month point. It locks up repeatedly and has to be restarted multiple times per day. It's probably a good phone for people who do minimal web surfing, if that's not you get something a little more robust.
Excerpt: This Is a horrible phone. I have had it for just over 2 weeks and now I cannot use the "up" Button ( ^ ) and it will randomly start scrolling up. I have kept the phone in good use, and I mean it has only been 2 weeks But over all the phone was nice. but the software sucks.
Summary: my phone doesnt work right, it shuts off when it wants...calls a bunch of numbers when i didnt even dial anything, my end button doesnt work and ive only had this phone for 7 months. help me please like im guna change companys soon!
Summary: An adequate phone from a barely adequate carrier. I have used it for over a year and it has continued to be enough to get by without being great. I bought this phone as a step up from 10 cents a minute NET10. Some features are as advertised, others are not. The alleged data service is horrible.
Excerpt: okay so i was 11 years old when i got it, first phone pretty damn impressed, until i turned 13 at my party some kids steped on it, it was still good, but I cant send picture msgs without it turning off, i like the keyboard and the chat view, its a good phone, but for someone that is welling to spend...
Pros: key board is great,, chat view, EASY TO USE!
Cons: SLOW, ugly in a way, the case things keep falling off
