Excerpt: This is a review of an LG Rumor 2 on the Bell network. I have been using this phone over the last six months and am not impressed with it. It’s basically everything you would expect from a budget phone. Firstly, the camera is garbage.
Excerpt: The LG Rumor has always been a very popular phone, and available under a few different model names (by various companies) it has become one of the most widely purchased texting/media phones available.
Summary: If I could give this phone 100 stars I would. This was my first smartphone I guess you could call it at the time. I loved it had it for a few yrs before I upgraded. It keyboard was easy to use once you got use it to it.
Summary: Needed a cheap back up phone for my son. Im becoming very disillusioned by Virgin Mobile and am about to quit their company after 5 years. If customer service doesnt pick up, Im going else where. Im sure SPRINT took over which I had so many problems with them I couldnt stand them.
Summary: Purchased this for use with Virgin Mobile. Upgrading old flip phone as I wanted a keyboard for occasional texting. Not ready to move to smartphone. Phone was brand new in Virgin Mobile packaging. Had to call to setup, but was able to keep my old grandfathered pay-by-the minute plan. No issues with activation. Battery life is very good. I don't talk/text very often, but have only charged the phone two or three times since I purchased the it last month.
Summary: I had to return the item, but I was pleased that the return was so easy. Seems the item was not brand new as advertised. The phone had been activated previously and I could not activate it unless the prior owner was willing to call and tell Virgin Mobil they relinquished their rights to the phone. How do you do that with an Amazon purchase? I'm guessing the seller was caught out like I was and was probably sold a refurbished phone. Oh well, alls well that ends well.
