Summary: This is a basic phone with the ususal features. I purchased it because I could not find an even more basic phone ~ the one a generation before this one, since I only need the basics! A plus is the QWERTY keypad that slides out from behind the screen. Great for longer texts. Also,it is compatible with my blue tooth, so that is good in IL, where when driving, phones have to be hands-free. I struggle with the touch pad on this phone.
I felt it requires too many steps to get the resul

Summary: i felt it was too difficult to attain the result I was looking for. It took too many steps, I lost communication many times with the party I was speaking with. I felt frustrated at times trying to do what I needed to accomplish. Sorry to have to give such a negative review.
Summary: Not as user friendly as my first one of same type, harder to access text messages, have to open main menu, messages and select, old one would open from the main screen, can't find a cover to keep it new looking, next step is the samsung 5G!
Summary: I bought this phone for my pre-teen son as his first phone. It is sufficient for him since he has a tablet for other apps and such. However, he wishes he would have gotten something a little more advanced. The best thing about it is the battery life. The battery will last for days without being charged.
Summary: I had this phone for 2 years, it was great but started sounding fuzzy. Traded it in for the same model & I am had the same issue with it. I was given another one...same thing. I was told it could be because the towers are being upgraded to 4G.
Summary: this was not the only the best price I could find but also works great for my so thanks a lot but does have a couple miner issues like the download for ringtones have to be a crtain format looking to upgrade
Gets the job done, but still is not that great of a phone

Excerpt: When I first bought a Rumor Reflex, I was just migrating from a flip phone, expecting to get an experience that was comparative to a smartphone, but That was far from what I got. The software could basically do the same things as my flip phone and not much else. The touch screen was nice though! Until it scratched profusely at first contact with keys in my pocket. The camera is okay, but still not that great. The terrible pixel density doesn't do it any justice either.
Great for someone who does not want a touch keypad

Summary: It would be nice if they would include a book that detailed how to use each feature. If it were not for my young neice, I'd be lost. I also do not like how many features you have to hit or go through to get to your messages. It should be on the very first screen.
Summary: I was given a new phone and now it does the same thing, I was told there would be new Sprint towers by the first of the year so we will see? Don't think towers have anything to do with double letters !
