Summary: Well, when I got this phone I was really happy because it seemed like a good phone. After two months, the buttons ( home button, back button, call button ) stopped working every now and then. The battery life started draining a lot faster than normal, and I hardly used it, when I dropped it ONE TIME, the thing literally broke in half, hanging by only the cable. It also started to turn off when I was using it, when it had full battery life left.
Summary: I came to best buy to upgrade my phone as it was 26 months old and starting to have issues. I picked out a flip phone and was told it wasn't in stock but could try the LG reflex model and if I didn't like it I could swap it out in 2 weeks and get the phone I wanted. After a week I went back to the store and they couldn't find a flip phone anywhere and said that sprint hadn't decided on a new flip phone model to offer but to try back in a week and see if there was any...
Summary: Bought 2 the same day. 1 stopped working 18 daysafter we got them, and the other exactly 1month from the purchased date. What a big freaking hassle this whole ordeal has been. Other comments on this page very true too.
Summary: I REALY DO NOT LIK E THIS PHONE. FOR ONE IT CANNOT CONNECT TO WIFI NETWORKS OR APP STORE. ALSO THE GRAPHICS SUCK. Summary: I wish that I had "listen" to the bad reviews that I read before purchasing this phone, but I did not. Now I will have to have it for 2 years (it has already been 5 months). There are so many things that are wrong with this phone.
Summary: The Rumor Reflex is a phone with a lot of problems. I have had it for just over a year. My last 2 phones were LGs and neither gave me any issues. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. Find something else if a feature phone is all you need. Save yourself the grief.
Summary: I had this phone for about 45 days (of course outside the 30 day return window) and I had a software problem so the phone had to be sent back to LG. I was told by a tech at the Sprint store that this is a known issue. Quite a pain to be without my phone for two weeks. I would not recommend this phone.
