Summary: Ive owned this phone 2 years it is my first phone and I hated it so much the onky reason we got it is because itwas free with contract at sprint. The music player no longer works on this phone due to an update you cant get.
Summary: My phone functioned for about 8 months and then stopped working suddenly - Sent it to LG, they said the warranty could not apply because I either dropped my phone or spilled liquid on it - I NEVER did such thing. The repair for the phone is the cost of a new phone, so I bought a Samsung phone. So beware; the so called 1 year warranty is in fact no warranty at all since they find excuses to not enforce it.
Summary: This phone from Sprint drops a call multiple times on every call regardless of where I make the call. the Sprint store says that they are upgrading the towers and that will solve the problem. However, others using the same Sprint towers do not drop the number of calls I do. Either the phone is sub-standard or someone at Sprint is not telling the truth.
Summary: This phone doesn't work for me I live alone and this is the only phone I have. The majority of the time the calls either drop or signal fads and can't depend on it at all. When my family try to call the phone doesn't ring on my end then it goes to voicemail in vibrating mode. I WANTED TO RETURN IT BACK AND GET A BETTER PHONE! I'll pay this difference with larger screen. I'm on a fixed income and I need a proper working phone please.
Summary: This is the worst phone I've ever had. My old $15 Motorola worked better than this one. It drops more calls in one day than the old one did in 7 years. The keyboard is too sensitive, so if you lightly press the phone to your ear, it pushes the buttons on the keyboard, then disconnects. You have to slide open the keyboard to keep this from happening, which makes it very awkward to hold the phone.
Summary: I hate everything about this phone. Period. May upgrade. I believe that is the intentional hopes of the vendor. My last cell phone was an LG I absolutely loved it. Considering re-activating it.
Summary: When I first got it it wouldn't start, at all! It charged, but that its. I looked online on how to complete restart the thing and it worked, but after a few weeks, my phone froze, then wouldn't turn on again. Just charge. So I tried restarting it again by draining the battery out, then pressing the power button while connecting it, like last time. This time, it didn't change anything and my phone STILL wont turn on.
