If someone tries to give you this phone, RUN the other way

Excerpt: Every four months this phone will get stuck in a "boot loop" (the phone tries to turn on, but continually restarts over and over and over -- completely unusable to you). Sprint will have you ship it to LG for replacement... the replacement phone will work for four months and then you're back to square one. I sent my phone in FOUR times during the first year and it needs to return again (for a fifth time!) Absolutely ridiculous.
Summary: Ive owned this phone 2 years it is my first phone and I hated it so much the onky reason we got it is because itwas free with contract at sprint. The music player no longer works on this phone due to an update you cant get.
Summary: Ok everyone, I do not hate many things, but I HATE this phone. I have actually purchased this phone two times. I know, I know - shame on me! The first time that I had this phone, it would randomly delete my text messages. For example, I'd be mid-conversation, read a text reply then get busy doing something else and when I returned to my phone to reply to the message the whole conversation would be gone for no reason! This was so frustrating.
Summary: My phone functioned for about 8 months and then stopped working suddenly - Sent it to LG, they said the warranty could not apply because I either dropped my phone or spilled liquid on it - I NEVER did such thing. The repair for the phone is the cost of a new phone, so I bought a Samsung phone. So beware; the so called 1 year warranty is in fact no warranty at all since they find excuses to not enforce it.
Good at first, but yet i'm sitting down without a phone!

Summary: I got this phone for Christmas and now its early June. It was a great phone, it was really easy to use. It all went down hill this morning. I charged it but when I went to turn it on, it was frozen. The guy that I went to talk to told us that it was water damage. But when we went to another guy he said that 9/10 people told us that it did this. So now I have to buy a new phone. I hate this phone and wish I never bought it. All of my contacts and photos are gone.
Summary: This phone from Sprint drops a call multiple times on every call regardless of where I make the call. the Sprint store says that they are upgrading the towers and that will solve the problem. However, others using the same Sprint towers do not drop the number of calls I do. Either the phone is sub-standard or someone at Sprint is not telling the truth.
Summary: This phone doesn't work for me I live alone and this is the only phone I have. The majority of the time the calls either drop or signal fads and can't depend on it at all. When my family try to call the phone doesn't ring on my end then it goes to voicemail in vibrating mode. I WANTED TO RETURN IT BACK AND GET A BETTER PHONE! I'll pay this difference with larger screen. I'm on a fixed income and I need a proper working phone please.
Summary: This is the worst phone I've ever had. My old $15 Motorola worked better than this one. It drops more calls in one day than the old one did in 7 years. The keyboard is too sensitive, so if you lightly press the phone to your ear, it pushes the buttons on the keyboard, then disconnects. You have to slide open the keyboard to keep this from happening, which makes it very awkward to hold the phone.
