Excerpt: Ive had this phone for two years. my contract ends this month and although its an older model phone i am seriously looking at getting another. I use this phone for my business. although I do not use Data I do text and call hundreds of times a week. I have dropped this phone I cant tell you how many times. And it still works. Never had a serious problem wth it and when I did have a prob I just removed battery and replaced it in about 30 seconds and everything was fine!
Pros: takes a lot of abuse/punishment, keyboard is nice
Summary: I had the phone for over two years before it crapped out on me. It had been through water rides, falls and had been thrown a couple of times against walls. It survived it all. There were a few kinks, if you closed the phone too hard it restarted, the pocket dialing was a daily thing, and toward the end of its glorious run, I couldn't hear any phone calls without the phone being on speakerphone. Not very private but it made due until I got a new phone.
Pros: Battery life. Durability. Keyboard. Customization. How loud the phone could get.
Cons: Speaker died toward the end, couldn't hear people on calls. Pocket dialed A LOT. Low quality camera. Turned off when you slammed the keyboard shut. Could not get pictures from any iPhone 4 or 4S/
Easy to use, a little bit of learning curb with dialing numbers and texts

Summary: I do not like the feature of if your text is too long, it will send it in two texts instead of telling you not to write anymore. Sounds silly because everyone hates having to revise their wording because they can't type anymore, but...I don't think someone should have to open two texts (especially if they pay per text).
Excerpt: An all around decent phone. Definitely the best looking phone, in my opinion, that MetroPCS had for this price point. I was downgrading from a blackberry, and still found many of its features workable enough to make the transition easier than going to a regular clamshell or cheaper phone. I would recommend this phone to others who have MetroPCS or similar service, but am awaiting future releases. I give it a 7.0 out of 10.
Summary: I've never had a problem with this phone - it's simple, it has enough processing speed for the things I need. There's nothing fancy about it. It has a good keyboard, it works and feels like a phone should. I like the calendar/alarms. I bought mine for 40 bucks, a used one online - please don't pay $200 for this. Buy something nice for a loved one with the extra $150.
Summary: Pro's: Very small. Will fit comfortably in the smallest of pockets Keyboard works well. Very little typos made The user interface is simple and intuitive Battery life is pretty good Con's: Its not a smart phone. Poor choice of apps/games, and sub standard web surfing Many people report having issues with it. The only issue with mine is that it randomly calls my girlfriend. Weird I know. Thats why I took off a star Camera quality is poor, even for cell phone standards.
