Summary: I read in other reviews that it self dials or pocket dials and within 15 minutes of being activated it self dialed my son 29+ times in an hour. It was terrible. Next day deactivated it and will go fight back on eBay. Not a good phone.
the phone didnt work but worse neither did the customer service

Summary: so this is the thing... i have a 15 year old son that i think needs a cell phone ... and believe me when i tell you trying to choose one that has what you need and isnt charging for what you dont need is a task in and of itself... at any rate i shop a Kroger on a regular basis and one of the things they seem to be attempting to do is offer a lot of disparate services and give you points that reduce the price on each of them....
Summary: In Short, this phone was advertised as a "smart phone" when bidding on it. After I received it, it was evidently NOT a smart phone. I think they must get away with people not wanting to take the time to return such a cheap item. It was small, flimsy, feminine, and looked strange.
Pros: Its small, fits easily in a pocket. It is eco-friendly.
Cons: From day one this phone would not work properly. It was minor defects so I did nothing. 2 yrs in and my screen scrambles. I often can't text or call out/answer calls. The battery life is not that great, it needed charged nightly to begin with, and now nee
Quite possibly the worst phone ever, and I only expect phone to be able make calls, so I'm not asking for much.

Excerpt: From day one this phone has had problems. I was able to update the firmware which fixed nothing. Sprint will not help me fix it. Calls rarely come in, text messages get lost, and when you receive a text that is more than 2 pages long it shuts down. When you finally get it rebooted the texts come twice or more. It stopped ringing only 2 months into owning it, it also stopped vibrating... pretty much it just takes up space in my pocket at this point.
Excerpt: At first, the lg imprint was very cool. i got it since may 20th 2010 and i still have it now and it was pretty much a ripoff.. it was all good the first 3 months but then the camera and audio was starting to have really bad quality... i wish i had a new phone..
Pros: Slide out qwerty keyboard, Speakerphone, Bluetooth, Customizable
Cons: 2.5 headphone jack, Mediocre Camera, Bad Call Quality, Bad Audio Recording Quality, Little Display, Slow Internet Speed
Summary: I would write this on the seller as they sold me a cellphone as new and it is clear that this is used. The alarm option had two alarms set in there. Also the phone itself functions poorly. Very often when i make a phone call or a phone call comes in I cannot hear anything. The battery life is very short also showing that this is used. I don't use this phone heavily and at the end of the day there is almost no battery life left.
Summary: I do not recommend this phone. Sure its great for price, but in the long run its not worth the hassel. Constantly falling out of my pocket, quickly developed scratches. Sometimes it wouldn't even tell me if I had a missed call or text. Wouldn't send pictures. It also constantly called people who I had previously contacted. Apps suck, but on the bright side it has a good battery life. however it has a mind of its own & sometimes doesn't want to cooperate.
Excerpt: I got the LG Remarq free with my 2yr contract, and after only a month of having the phone i began having problems with the phone freezing and randomly shutting off. When I told the guy at sprint what was going on her said "what do you want for a free phone". The phone is a waste of money, it isnt free, I'm stuck in a $90 a month contract for 2 yrs with a phone that doesn't work, how is that free?
