Summary: We were very specific in our order as to what carrier we needed to be compatible with and we received a phone that was compatible with another carrier. We were told that it should be unlocked but it was not we tried many different ways to unlock the phone.
Summary: This phone is buggy, it constantly restarts on its own and the screen will turn itself on and drain the battery dry. I've tried using it with and without the latest software update and it always behaves the same.

Summary: This phone appears to be still locked. When I insert a T-Mobile SIM I get the following error message: "This SIM card can only be used on specific networks. Contact your customer service center for the unlock code." I am very dissappointed with what appears to be false advertising.
