Summary: Slow, slow, slow! Screen locks up constantly. Overall performance is poor. First time customer with net10 and it will be my last. Very unsatisfied with customer service. Getting the phone activated was a nightmare and ended up taking 3 days for the phone to actually work. Will never use them again.
Summary: It's just OK. I have had the LG Optimus Net for a couple of years now and I wanted the same operating system, with a larger screen/body. That's what this is is. HOWEVER, for whatever reason, it's much slower and more hesitant. I've tried a few updates and not downloading FB/Messenger-which seemed to slow it down even more, however it's not much of an upgrade. I just wanted the SAME thing as I had, only bigger, without compromising quality. Unfortuneately, it's slow.

Summary: Said it worked with a prepaid plan. I pay $100 for minutes and days not prepaid by the month. This phone did not work for me. It did appear to be a nice phone. I was impressed by the thin size.
Summary: I'm very disappointed in this phone. I had an LG Optimus Extreme. I bought this one because I was having problems with the Extreme. There are some basic and helpful features missing on the Black. I'm happy I only paid $50 for it.
Summary: I had an LG before and loved it but decided to "upgrade" to a Samsung Galaxy and had nothing but problems with it from the start. I was a little leery about going with the LG Optimus Black based on some of the reviews here but when it comes to cell phones I also realize just how picky people can be. Given my prior positive experiences with LG I decided to take the plunge. For $99 all I can say is, Wow......nice phone.
