Summary: Nothing really GREAT about this phone when you are comparing it to higher end devices, but for the price tag this has been the best phone I have gotten, was hard to root it and put my own ROM on there but once I did the true value of this device was at my disposal and it runs so much smoother then before.
Summary: pros the screen size and clarity is great lacks some small things that are convenient When you get a group message it comes as separate messages from each sender hence unless you are the one who started the tread. During a call the phone doesn't go off hence the side of your face will keep pressing the hold button during the call.
Summary: Great pictures. Great sound, great calls. I only had one issue, it's with a app that is a voice mail. I contacted the seller-they were very nice, and recommend that I took it to the AT&T store. The At& T store said that it already came with the phone. Not sure what they did, but it works now.
Summary: This is a great cell for the price. I use it with solavei (http://jasonolivier.sharesolavei.com) cuz its all you can eat and 2GB data for $49. I have good coverage with the phone, outperforming far more expensive phones that I have had. I personally think its a heck of a deal. I just regret I cannot seem to get the bootloader unlocked, and I have to watch the annoying ATT boot screen.
Pros: Speedy, good display, look and feel, sturdy.
Cons: Drops out of cell coverage from time to time, single speaker that kind of tinny, so-so battery life, bootloader hard-locked by ATT.
Summary: I bought this phone though Consumer Cellular recently and it is my first smartphone. The visual effects are dazzling and the cameras do a remarkable job. As others have mentioned, the phone can get very warm. The phone will suddenly freeze or shut down and the only way you can get it running again is to pop off the back and let the battery cool down. But otherwise, this is a very functional and versatile phone that is a great item if you can cope with the few bugs.
