The phone is not worth all of the trouble.
31 December 2013
Summary: I'm really disappointed in the phone. I don't think I'll ever buy a LG phone again. It is not durable at all. It cracked the second time if dropped it. The crack is horrible to. The phone does not stay on. It has episode where it will shut off and right when you turn it back on it will shut off again. When it shuts off I have to take off the back take out the battery and put it in again for it to turn on.
Summary: Probably most important - and most disappointing - is the short battery life. I find myself going out of my way to use another device to research something in order to save the LG 930 batteries for actual phone calls. If you talk for more than a few minutes, the unit gets really hot, too.
Great features. Terrible battery life. Wouldn't recommend for most people

Summary: This phone is incredibly smooth running and loaded with features. ICS updates provide great user experience and 4G speeds are blazing fast. So lets talk about battery life. I've used a great number of smartphones from Blackberry to Android to iPhones. The more functionality you leave turned on regularly, the shorter your battery life, this is expected. However, the basis of a smartphone like the Nitro HD, is internet connectivity.
Summary: this phone was great at first then it began to have some glitches and i thought " hey maybe im just not use to this phone yet?" ive had this phone for about 7-8 months and the problems started appearing around the 7th month. the wifi started turning off randomly and the phone freezes. the worst part is if you have a data allowance don't get this phone.
Summary: I chose this phone back in August 2012 when I switched to Bell from Mobilicity. I would have gone with the Samsung Galaxy SIII right off the bat, but I didn't have an extra $160 to put down on top of the 3 year plan. So I went with this, and it's been nothing but a headache ever since.
Pros: Camera is ok but for what I had before and for this to be an "upgrade," is a whole lot of nonsense. This phone was sent to me as a replacement to my LG Thrill which they deemed as an upgrade. AT&T also revoked my insurance.
Cons: My Thrill got internet everywhere and this thing can't get it once I go far enough away from my house! I can't use any of the apps that use internet which is almost all of them. I also don't like the back part of the cover..it has weird ridges in it.
Summary: Am now on my 3rd phone since May. The battery got so hot in the first one that after replacing it is still would get so hot I could not put it next to my face. The second on would not accept and SD card. Now the third one won't attach to the internet or 4G.
Summary: The phone itself is a good phone however after only having the phone for two weeks it began to start freezing up and then would just shut off. I was wedding dress shopping and couldn't even use my phone to take pictures because of it freezing up.
Summary: Before you think about this purchase look online about the FOTA update that kills the data connectiity...right out of the box it has not seen the inernet with out WiFi. This is unbelievable, even for ATT. Another problem making it worse to use is the lag. Just sliding the home screen and typing has about a 1/2 sec. delay most of the time...terrible considering the dual core processor installed. Then there's the screen, HD.
