Not a bad phone for the price.

S. Mitchell, Amazon
9 February 2014
  • Summary: I was searching for a phone to be able to access straight talk's at&t 4G LTE. This fitted the bill. I agree with the comments that this phone wasn't built to last though. I had it for about a month before the charger port took a crap and the phone wouldn't charge anymore. I felt the texting lagged a lot. The screen at times doesn't pick up your fingerprint. Every time I texted there were several letters inaccurate to the actual key I was pressing.

The phone is not worth all of the trouble.

  • Summary: I'm really disappointed in the phone. I don't think I'll ever buy a LG phone again. It is not durable at all. It cracked the second time if dropped it. The crack is horrible to. The phone does not stay on. It has episode where it will shut off and right when you turn it back on it will shut off again. When it shuts off I have to take off the back take out the battery and put it in again for it to turn on.

Don't buy this.

Eve, lg.com

  • Summary: Probably most important - and most disappointing - is the short battery life. I find myself going out of my way to use another device to research something in order to save the LG 930 batteries for actual phone calls. If you talk for more than a few minutes, the unit gets really hot, too.

Poor performing phone

  • Summary: everything excluding the screen quality sucks about this phone. The browser performance is choppy unless a rom is installed and then still the phone has sluggish performance.

Great features. Terrible battery life. Wouldn't recommend for most people

fiberglasscivic, Ebay

  • Summary: This phone is incredibly smooth running and loaded with features. ICS updates provide great user experience and 4G speeds are blazing fast. So lets talk about battery life. I've used a great number of smartphones from Blackberry to Android to iPhones. The more functionality you leave turned on regularly, the shorter your battery life, this is expected. However, the basis of a smartphone like the Nitro HD, is internet connectivity.

NOT IMPRESSED

Phichee, lg.com
9 January 2013
  • Summary: I chose this phone back in August 2012 when I switched to Bell from Mobilicity. I would have gone with the Samsung Galaxy SIII right off the bat, but I didn't have an extra $160 to put down on top of the 3 year plan. So I went with this, and it's been nothing but a headache ever since.
