LG Optimus Net (Net10)

PC Magazine
9 August 2012
  • Excerpt: The LG Optimus Net ($149.99) is an Android-powered, prepaid smartphone for TracFone's Net10 brand. The Optimus Net is very similar to, and even a bit better than the Optimus One line that swept the nation (as the Optimus S, V, M, U and other letters) last year. That's a good thing. The 4.5 by 2.3 by .5 inches (HWD), 4.4 ounce Optimus Net has a 3.2-inch, 480-by-320 touch screen and an 800Mhz processor.

LG Optimus Net Review

Tech2
8 May 2012
  • Summary: The LG Optimus Net is priced at Rs.10,999. At this price, it directly competes with the HTC's new budget Android phone, the Explorer . The only advantage the Net has, on paper, is a relatively better battery life and autofocus. But, if you’ll go in terms of user experience, the interface, the build and the enhancements, then the Explorer trumps the Net hands down.

LG Optimus Net Review

cellphonequick.com
30 January 2012
  • Summary: The LG Optimus Net has a similar profile like the LG Optimus One but the former has lot of freshness in it. The black matter finish all over the device makes the Optimus Net look grand and it will never ever leave even a subtle hint for the lookers to guess that it’s a low cost device. The Optimus Net is the successor: primarily, the processor has been upgraded from 600 to 800 Mhz, while other specs remain more or less the same.
  • Pros: DivX/Xvid video codec support out of the box
  • Cons: Low-quality camera module, No Adobe Flash support, Cheap plastic design

LG Optimus Net Review

Phone Arena
7 November 2011
  • Conclusion: The LG Optimus Net doesn’t really stand out from the sea of Android handsets and sets the bar pretty low even for the basic category. Uninspiring plasticky design, lack of ambient light sensor, front-facing camera or flash for the 3MP shooter on the rear don’t help its cause to differentiate itself either.
  • Pros: DivX/Xvid video codec support out of the box
  • Cons: Low-quality camera module, No Adobe Flash support, Cheap plastic design

Expert Review

Tecnozoom
9 May 2011
In definita, uno smartphone molto valido.
  • Pros: UMTS con tecnologia HSDPA; Scheda da 2 GB inclusa; Lettore e radio; Display touchscreen cacitivo; Widget Social +
  • Cons: Qualità video; Memoria interna
