Summary: I've had this phone with at&t for about 7 months before it started acting up. I could not access the settings menu no matter what i tried. I took it to an at&t store and they could not fix the problem, they said it was a a problem with the phone and it was nothing that could be fixed, even by a factory reset. I ended up getting a second phone since it worked good for the first months i had it and i figured that the chances of it happening again were highly unlikely.
Summary: the quality of display and speed are amazing. it has amazing battery life and a high quality camera, the problem I have is that I have had the phone for 2 months, and have broken it three times, I went outside it was hot came inside it was cool, looked and the back had shattered, not cracked, shattered. then another time I dropped it and the screen cracked. not a problem right? well the half with the crack would not respond to touch.
Summary: This is an OK phone once you get used to it. I was sitting in my recliner and the phone slid out of my pocket and went between the cushion and side of chair and hit the carpeted floor. Somewhere on the way down it hit something and the back of the phone shattered. I can't find a cover for it. Right now black electrical tape is covering all the cracks in the phone. It still works fine. I have only had this phone for a couple of weeks.
Summary: The phone has great hardware. However, the later then promised jelly bean update and horrible battery life ruin the experience for me. Five hours of semi intense use if you listen to music on your phone at work expect that to be even lower. It has gotten to the point I charge it twice a day, or three times a day.
Summary: Ive had this phone for maybe 3 months, and the screen has cracked twice already. Not just cracked and I i can still use it... its completely broken. For some reason the screen is super sensitive and will very easily crack. I do not recommend this phone at all!
