Summary: This phone is a great buy it was affordable and it has proven to be reliable as well . The only drawback was that it did give me an error message on start up. I do believe it was my own doing that caused it but they sent me a new one right away without any questions. Great customer service along with it.
Summary: It was a great phone before it died just two days after the warranty ended. Then at that time it wasn't even a poor phone. However, Verizon is awesome and they sent me a new one at no charge. The new phone just a day old wont load Playbook or anything else so that I can get the apps I had on the old phone...so at the moment not real happy.
Summary: I've had this phone for only 3 months and already I've wanted to stick it in the garbage disposal at least a half dozen times. I text a lot and this phone has a habit of sending my texts before I am even ready to 'send' and I have no 'cancel,' button. It's also easy to send your texts to the wrong recipient. If I receive a call, sometimes phone answers before I know who's calling. Yes, I've checked all of the settings that I want. Lousy ring tones and alerts also.
Summary: Excellent phone, does everything I need it too. I have dropped it many times with no damage. The camera even takes good pictures. The battery does get hot and I do have to charge it often, but I would definitely recommend this phone!
Summary: Have had this phone for about 5 days. Works great. Sleek design. My concern is that the battery runs down very quickly....like going from 100% to high 50% in one hour on Facebook. Battery also gets very hot when in use. Would love to hear other feedback on the battery issues, and possible solutions.
Summary: "I don't intend to play games, retrieve email, or listen to music. I like to be outdoors and take and send pictures, and my current basic phone has only 2 megapixels. What can you recommend as an upgrade?", I asked the Verizon Wireless rep. After some discussion, it was finalized that a jump from 2 megapixels to 5, in an LG Optimus Exceed, Prepaid phone, would fit my budget and photo-taking requirements.
