USED PHONE, NOT SEALED, NO OWNERS MANUAL...BEWARE!!
D. seales "St. Joe Mo", Amazon
11 September 2013
Summary: This is a USED phone!! And it will not activate, no owners annual included as specified and false advertising not saying clearly that you will get a used phone in unsealed box and no owners manual! BEWARE!!
Summary: This phone does not call out or take calls without dropping the calls. When I do talk on the phone it is crackley. After only a few minutes use the phone heats up and is hot to the touch. I am unable to download anything. I think this phone was a refurb sold as a new phone. When I received it, the phone was not in a Virgin Mobile box and there was no Users manual. I just wasted my money and time.
Summary: I bought this phone for my fiancée....we waited a week for it. And he was so excited to get it today. But we can't get the phone to charge at all. I wonder what happens now that I bought a crappy phone.
Terrible battery life, endless problems with phone
26 June 2013
Summary: I picked this phone because it was the middle of the road and had (at the time) pretty decent reviews. However, the battery life has been an issue since day one. I needs to be charged every day and I have never used more than 150 minutes per month. I don't stream music, play huge battery-sucker games like Angry Birds, or keep it plugged in all the time.
Summary: I got it as a cheap replacement because my patience with sprint had ended.. after having an SII and an HTC it is not worth your $$. The phone sizzled itself to death after trying to download my music from amazon mp3 and required a hard reset. And again and again and again... replacement after replacement the processors died. The phone may be capable of just basic use like dialing or texting, but browsing or keeping a music selection on it are laughable.
Summary: I ordered this phone as an "upgrade" from an Optimus V after the V was stolen. (Can you believe that, way would anyone steal an Optimus V?) and have had nothing but problems with the phone since I got it two weeks ago. The manual says you can add up to a 32gb sd card but my phone will not mount any sd card and I have tried different cards thinking that the card might have been bad, nope, not the card it's the phone.
Garbage Phone, Poor Coverage, Unsettling Customer Service
C. J. Cataldo, Amazon
10 August 2012
Summary: This phone constantly froze up during use and had a lot of dropped calls. Had to return it, I was so disappointed! If you are thinking of switching to Virgin Mobile, believe me, look elsewhere. I would way rather pay a bit more per month to have reliable service and good customer service. The only people I would recommend switching to VM would be teenage kids or elderly people that barely use the phone.
