Phone sucks and Google should recall this phone from the market.
27 September 2014
Summary: Your representative is helpful but I think Google as a company should do more and take ownership of the issue. Just like car company, even though the warranty already pass but there is issue arise post warranty the car company still issuing a recall. The same should apply to a good customer service company, especially for the name like Google, the leader on innovation, even though my warranty ended 9 months ago I believe Google still need to take responsibility for...
Summary: I would have made my cons section larger but it only let me have a certain amount of characters. Basically, the phone is horrid. My sisters and I got the phone at the same time and are all having issues with it, some they have that I don't and some I have that they don't. Essentially the only good thing about the phone is it's appearance, everything else sucks!
Cons: slow, shuts down for no reason, restarts for no reason, occasionally won't turn on for half an hour, closes all apps for no reason, freezes, etc.

Summary: Phone was fine, however I had trouble getting it to read my sim card. I took it to a T mobile store, where I learned it was stolen and the IMEI number was blocked. Unfortunate but I don't think I can trust this seller again, despite the other positive reviews.
Summary: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER!! I bought this phone and once I received the package it was open. For me ok if everything is inside. But the clip to open the phone was missing and also the charger is broken. I send 3 emails to supplier and I had just once a reply saying he would fix the problem. Unfortunately I have never heard from him again.
Summary: Since I cannot find my original rating, rather than modifying it I am creating a new one. Without making this a hard and fast promise, I will probably never buy another Google phone. True, there is no bloatware from my carrier, but there is a TON of it from Google, MOST of which I do not use. And I cannot get rid of it - it won't uninstall. Next, every so often the phone shuts off on me. No reason that I can think of - it just happens.
Summary: I purchased this phone in January 2013. It worked exactly 7 months and just stopped turning on one day. At that point it was still within warrantee (took forever to find that out and longer to get it sent back). PLUS, they held $400 on my credit card to ensure that the problem wasn't me dropping it into the water or whatever. I received the new phone and within 6 weeks that one stopped turning on as well.
Summary: Words can not describe the stupidity of whoever decided it would be a good idea to make the back of this phone as slippery as humanly possible. It serves no useful purpose, at all. I'd have this thing sitting on a table and slowly slide off over the course of about 5-10 minutes more times than I can count. After repairing it twice, I'm done.
Summary: What I ordered and what I got were two different things but as I am abroad and the price is not worth trying to return I didn't bother. If it was the right model then it might be a 3 in terms of build quality but its always more-irritating-then-when-I-am-in-the-US because of the difficulty of retun so if i could give less than 1 star i would, hopefully others have had better experiences.
