Summary: Not a fan. We had the phone for a month before the phone died. Also, the product description said that it had an AM/FM radio, which is why my daughter picked this model. Well, if it has this feature it's so well hidden that it's impossible to find. I would have returned the phone, but I was too busy over the holidays and lost track of the latest possible return date. Stay away!
Summary: Stay away from this phone! Stay away from LG! Similar to what happened to the last reviewer, the internal LCD in my phone cracked after only two months of light use. What was worse? LG refused my warranty claim. I bought this LG Neon II GW370 Blue phone here at Amazon.com (sold by Breed) at the end of April, 2013. I'm a light cell phone user. I probably used this phone for a total of 300 minutes and 30 text messages.
Summary: I unfortunately bought 2 of these phones and with in a week had to go buy 2 different phones. This things shuts off at random even with a full battery. both phones did this. The answer to the problem is don't buy this phone.
Summary: I was so excited when I got this phone. It looked cool and had some cool features, not to mention, it was the first camera phone with a keyboard that I had ever had. At first (for about the first week) it was awesome but then it started spazzing out on me. It would take a long time for it to turn completely on and respond to certain actions (like the direction of the screen when the keyboard is opened or the button to go to your contacts).
Summary: I bought this phone and the display went out in three weeks and no one would ever respond to my request as to the warranty on this phone. You would think it would be at least 60 days. This is the second LG phone we bought that the screen went out. I would not recommend it.
Summary: My daughter got this phone for a Christmas gift - here we are in early February and it has already died. The screen has gone completely grey and the phone can no longer be used - a complete waste of money
