Phone in excellent cond..supposed to be refurb; looks new! My 2nd purchase
9 August 2014
Summary: Great phone. Now that we have text and data plans for everyone in the house, I needed smart phones for the kids, too. I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars for each phone, so 2 of these did the trick. No, it's not an I-phone or Galaxy S6, but it's $52!
Excerpt: Absolutely love the phone. The keyboard is very helpful. The design is so nice. My favorite part about the phone is the option to use the keyboard on the touch screen or the option to use the slide out keyboard. This is my first time using a smart phone and I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend this phone to family and friends. I also love the tmoblie has the option to have a 2 year plan or a no contract option. This just came out within this year.
Excerpt: This phone has been a life saver the key board makes emails and surfing the web easy As with most phones the stanard battery isn't great upgrade and get the lithium batter BBeautiful pricture every time Never a problem hearing anyone Fairly easy to navigate Definetly get a case for it it is still a touch screen No real flaws can be found
An okay smartphone but I can't wait until I can replace it.

Excerpt: The my touch part its too much. The slightest touch will bring up an icon you probably didn't want. And it has a Genius button which allows for voice commands which comes on way to often and is a pain. No way to turn it off not a good design. There are other issues but you get the idea As a smart phone its okay but had I known about these issues I would not have gotten this one.
The MyTouch 4G Slide is much better than this "MyTouch Q"
6 July 2013
Summary: This MyTouch is not an upgrade from the 4G Slide. I know the 4G Slide could handle multiple tasks. But this one? no. I can't play games because it lags too much even though I have full bars. When I call a person, it takes about a minute for it to actually show that it's calling the person. Sending a message? I have to wait for it to send before I lock my screen otherwise, it'll be stuck at :sending mode:. Sure it works, but it's just slow.
