Excerpt: Purchased this phone new in February 2013. Twice, it had to be sent back because the phone wouldn't power on. I also had to pay shipping fees to send the phone back to the manufacturer, LG. I have it insured, but in order to get a new phone I have to pay a deductible.
Excerpt: I BASICALLY HAVE THE SAME EXACT ISSUES AS "krktoday" BUT THIS WEEK IT'S GOTTEN EVEN MORE ERRATIC. I WOKE UP TO A WARNING MESSAGE SAYING MY MICRO SD CARD WAS REMOVED UNEXPECTEDLY AND MAY BE DAMAGED. IT WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT WHICH I KNEW.
