Excerpt: The LG Viewty was one of the first touchscreen phones to come out on the Australian market and as a result of this it is lacking some of the speed that the new ones have. It's reaction to opening folders, files, internet, writing messages and using menus is super slow. What is is not lacking however, is functionality. It records very nice video, takes an almost perfect shot in the right light.
Summary: When I bought this phone my intense is to get a simple looking nice phone. This phone satisfied me with that plus the high quality mp3 system it carries with the very simple menu. What I dis like about the phone? This phone is a touchscreen and it is a slow working one comparing to the others. Plus it doesn't have themes or any good applications. Since my thought was to get a simple phone, this doesn't matter at all. Overall, it's a nice and affordable phone from LG.
Summary: Well, what can I say lets keep it nice and simple. The phones CAMERA is pretty good, I took some excellent pictures of my cat, but I do admit you have to VERY steady or the picture comes out like crap. Recording on the phone is awesome, can't beat 120fps but it wasn't good enough to make me like it.
Summary: "Not a bad crack at the lads from Apple. The 5MP camera and the zoom functionality alone are reasons to buy this... The DivX player also beats the iPhone. I have a feeling that this ann the new Samsing's will giveSteve Jobs a good run for his money!
Summary: "the lg viewty looks great the style and metal used for it works great. the let down on the phone is the touch feedback, the mp3 ,texting and the components on the phone. texting on the phone is very hard and takes longer than most phones.the touch sensor takes around 2 seconds before it gets you to where you want.
Summary: The program that comes with Windows Vista can not handle. TV cable which is a föräljningsargument are not! Many bugs and imperfections. For example, can handle my not to record a video with sound for a longer time (the sound just stops). The phone turns off suddenly some nights and go just to get up and running again by removing the battery and restart the phone. Yes, it HAS been on the repair .... and it came back the same.
Summary: NOTE NOTE NOTE I have had this phone for about 4-5 months and touch The screen abruptly stopped completely to work. Of course you can also i had bad luck with a consistently and fairly juste phone, but it just angered me is up in arms over LGs RETURN POLICY. When I left the phone I am told by the seller that the LG reserves the right to charge a REPAIR COST SEK 500 OR MORE on THE OPINION that the phone has been 'damaged' by the customer, and they provide an example of...
Summary: Updating my earlier review: Have had the phone for 1 ½ months now and have realized what rubbish it is. - A simple thing, why can not reply to an MMS message with a text message? Idiotized. - T9 dictionary is completely useless, it may add a lot of words that my SE could by default. - Excuse explanation but the touchscreen "Take's not." Think it's hard to get it to make the difference between a "click" and a scroll.
Summary: Have had a Viewty for almost 6 month now. Happiest time must have been the same week I bought it. After that, they just come in a variety of little things that annoy one. Eg, you can not have just vibrations on income, while having only have the ringtone on call, or that the music player can not go back to the album, or so, but that the music is turned off. It's still the best cell phone yes enjoyed, but it disturbs sometimes quite a lot of them small stuff.
