    The only problem was that the buttons froze up and I could not press on any of them to text, dial, etc. BUT, I got a replacement and so far so good. Maybe the old cell phone was just one of the defective ones. Read more

  • Missing 1 last character in extension of file of email attachmen

    Hi, I have problem with my LG KU990 Viewty that when I retrieve email with attachment, the attachment is downloaded but with 1 last character missing in its extension (e.g. the attachment file name : picture01.jpg, the downloaded attachment file name is only : picture01.jp and I can't change the extension. It happens with .pdf, .ppt and all others). If I save the attachment to external memory and transfer to my PC and change the file extension name (in PC), it works though. Please help if you happen to get the same error and have found the solution. Thanks

    Try to check what format is compatible for this LG and get guidance from the user's manual. Maybe some file formats are not supported by
