Summary: Have only had this phone for a week & so far it is working well for my purposes. It works well for a particular program I use in volunteer work (2012 wlibrary) & wanted with me when I'm in the work. I've found my finger nails work great as a stylus so I don't need the one with it. I keep finding new interesting items on this phone.
Summary: I bought for USD 110 with no plan. Resistive touchscreen technology is problematic. I had the same problems with an Apple Newton. Newton users call them the jaggies. The touchscreen issues meant I had to do some workarounds: MyMobiler for texting while at my desk. Use the jog dial to navigate screen. Problems come and go so occasionally can navigate easily with fingernail. Used iTouch app to replace WM Contacts interface.
Pros: Windows Mobile gives good connectivity and synch options with desktop or laptop PC. Great if you use Outlook. Moving music files or any other data file is as easy as using Windows Explorer. Basic phone functions work really well. Looks nice.
Cons: Touchscreen needs calibration 2-3 times per week. Same Issue also messes up HWR. Music qual poor over hphones. FM radio stations recep is poor. Reboot every 2 wks b/c system lockup.
Summary: 2nd one of these both from ebay my friends could not believe I got the box and all had to have another of the same when my 1st one got some water damage will fix the old one eventually wouldn't own any other phone use mine as a Go phone I play solitaire on mine a lot and keep all my appointments on it I am disabled so I keep it by my side aLWAYS AS AN EMERGENCY PHONE
Excerpt: This phone is not at all what I expected it to be. It freezes up alot. It scratches and scrapes easily. the battery life is not that good. I dont really like it that much. I do understand that it is a touch screen only so if it freezes up I have to take the battery out and put it back in. It Has low volume ring tones. And no matter how many times I choose for my text messages not to be displayed on the screen it somehow ends up displayed on the screen.
The LG Incite is a slick phone but lacks essential features.

Excerpt: The LG Incite is a slick phone but lacks essential features. The Incite is small and slick, has many of the basic feature in a PDA phone. It need a directional button to make easier to navigate. Some of the application require the navication button to make it more fuctional. When the letters are small, and the stylus is not ready accessible, your finger may be to big to select the corect option.
Excerpt: The best feature is the different ways to text message. There is a querty keyboard and you can also write incursive on the touch screen (neatly) to get your message transcribed. I also liked the idea of reading someone's whole memory card at once to determine what I wanted bluetoothed to me, instead of one song at a time! Everything on their memory card shows up on your screen all at once. It has computer programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Excerpt: The LG Incite is a standard windows based touchscreen device. It has all of the same features as any windows cellphone, so you are basically just selecting this one based on style, and maybe price. The camera is all the quality you need in simple camera....anything more than 4mp is totally unnessary unless your making posters.
The LG Incite is a great phone, I would reccomend it to anyone!

Excerpt: I think for anyone who has problems and has to reset this phone daily, be sure to push the lock button on the side. No other button will pull the phone out of sleep mode. I also got rid of the sensor that changes the view from portrait to landscape. I think the delay wasn't worth the feature. I have never had to reset the phone at all. I am glad that I didnt' listen to the negative reviews out there that said it was a terrible phone.
