Summary: Phone came open - the cellophane wrapping the box was removed and the box was scuffed. The T-Mobile seal was broken as well as the phone had finger prints on it. The phone was undamaged. It wouldn't be a problem if I didn't buy a brand new item. Just be cautious.

This was NOT advertised in the description of the phone on the main page, which really should be updated, so customers can purchase one...
Summary: It looks really great on paper but the actual phone on T-Mobile is not even as good as my old Nexus 4. I have tried everything suggested online to get rid of the phone's lag but it is still a slow phone. I'll keep trying as I feel I'm stuck with it...

Summary: Everything everyone says about the battery is true -- lasts 3 days on a single charge. Amazing. So it gets one star per day of charge just for this. Big negative is voice recognition. You have to perform several keystrokes just to activate it and then it doesn't recognize half your words.
Summary: Great phone, best phone I've had all year (I upgrade a lot). This device does not have 4G in the United States. This is the Europe version and unless you live there, no LTE for you. Other than that, the internet is high speed and runs efficiently.
