Excerpt: I am now on my 2nd phone. This phone has given me more problems than necessary. The first phones screen stopped working in one spot causing very limited use and apps opening and running on their own. The only way to describe it is possessed. The current phone i am on worked fine for the first couple months, than problems.
Summary: This is my second time writing a review because evidently my first one did not settle well with LG seeing it was not nice. So here it goes. The best features about this device are button placement, the knock feature and the screen. After that this device is no good. I’m lucky to get a day out of the battery, it's very Very glitch, to the point I have to reset the phone at least once every two days and LGs customer service is horrible.
Summary: The G2 seems to have a problem with overheating and failure of a 1/4 inch of the screen from side to side. Sometimes it is just dead other times it activates any and all apps or commands that land in this area. I am a heavy user and the battery gets rather hot in the same area on back of phone. This is happening to my daughter's G2 also. This issue makes the phone unusable at times. The Phone was great until this design flaw took its toll.
Summary: The seller guarantees that this is the D802 model, but it actually is D800 AT&T model. The battery life is a bit ruined and drains quite faster than a brand new G2 and it is loaded with TONS of AT&T applications which cannot be uninstalled. I didn't paid for this!
buy international version d802 is risk ,it depond on your luck

Summary: I purchased this phone for almost 3 weeks, first the plug in headphone radio not function at all, secondly after I change sim card to different carrier the phone only use speaker on function to call out or receive incoming call, that show part of component was burn up inside after I sent to repair store to find out the problem and spend extra 45 bucks to fix it.
Summary: When I buy a new phone I really do my research. It had come down to the Samsung galaxy s5 or three g2. I ended up choosing the lg g2 because it gave me good reviews on its battery life. I love LG and have many products from them, but I will never but another LG product again. If my WiFi is on my phone dies after being on and in use for about 3 hours. It over heats and slow down. I expected more from LG.
Summary: I am surprised by the positive feedback on this phone. While it was fine when I first got it (4 months ago) the battery wears down really fast and I don't even use Facebook, I hardly have any apps downloaded, and I don't even use it during my work day. I noticed the LED indicator light for messages and texts is started to "burn" out. I am sure eventually the entire light will burn out and I won't have the main feature I really like.
