Summary: This phone was recommended by the service provider because of good reception. My experience was just the opposite, most of my calls were dropped. My wife has a different brand phone and the same provider but doesn't have the large number of dropped calls that I experience. I had a different brand phone previously with no issues. The audio quality was also very poor and the battery life was mediocre.
Summary: Until the KitKat upgrade this phone was excellent: an excellent HD display, fairly good sound, speedy, powerful, and superb battery life. Since the upgrade, the phone is slower and the battery life is a third what it was, rendering the phone into an ineffective high-priced toy. LG and Verizon destroyed the phone with the upgrade. And many others are experiencing the same. Until a patch is issued and evaluated, I cannot recommend this phone.
Summary: I had extreme difficulty drafting emails without accidentally hitting the Home key while thumb typing in portrait orientation. This is caused by LG's shifting the Front Face Buttons up onto the touch screen, instead of below the screen touch, and leaving too little space (with no adjustment) between the spacebar and the Home key. Several times in the week I've had this phone I've lost 15-20 minutes of work responding by email to a customer or a vendor of mine.
Summary: Every time I connect to my charging doc something happens to my volume , it turns down low , also you can hardly hear the music on or off the charging station. I use to be able to sync the music from my phone right to my car stereo not with the g2 !
Summary: I bought my (sprint) lg g2 new and it seemed to work fine maybe for the first month. Then all the problems started. This phone runs very slowly, lags constantly, the power button to wake the phone up either never works, or it lags terribly and by the time the screen actually does light up it shuts off like you pushed the power button again. When i try to use the camera the screen keeps blacking out and locking when I never touched a button.
Summary: This phone started off great....but in just a little over a month I'm ready to throw it against the wall. It closes the messaging window in the middle of a text. Can't open the phone 70% of the time using the double tap!! Over the last couple days, it's been hanging up phone calls - different than dropped calls, b/c when I look at the screen, it's not a "call ended" message, but back on the lock screen :(
Summary: When I first got my phone up to the first month I had it, I considered it the best phone I had ever had. I loved the size of it, the camera, the apps, and all that you can do on it. Everything seems perfect until the SYSTEMS UPDATE showed up on the top of my screen saying that my phone needed to be updated. I decided to download the new systems update and since then, I have wanted to throw the phone against a wall every single day.
